Great communication and excellent customer service.
This year we decided to pay for our holiday in monthly installments which made it so much easier.
We stayed at Seven Dunes Atlantic Bay in Perranporth, the accommodation was spotless and well equipped.
Friends ask why we always stay in the same place but it is such a perfect location we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Minutes away from the town and around 1 minute to get to the beach.

Great company, really easy and helpful to deal with!

This company is horrendous at helping clients and does not listen at all when clients have issues with holiday accommodation!! I have complained to them about the awful back yard at our cottage in Cornwall, which had been sold as a lovely back garden. This ruined my whole holiday as I was recovering from stomach surgery and was looking forward to sitting in my nice sunny back garden with a good book and a cold drink. As it was, I was totally unable to sit in the dark and miserable back yard as it just had old fencing up at 2 sides and a 30foot wall at the back which stopped the sunlight from ever being in the yard and just made the whole area dark and sad!!! When I complained I was basically told I was wrong and it was all down to personal choice!!!! No it wasn’t…… I was mis sold and lied to. I would never use a company again who use false misrepresentation to sell holiday accommodation to hard working clients!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I've been booking through Aspects for years and I've also used them to rent out a property. I can't fault them, and there aren't many companies I can say that about. They respond quickly to booking requests, communication is clear and friendly. When on holiday they are just at the end of a phone call or email and sort out any minor issues quickly and professionally. Long may they continue. Thank you Aspects.

First time using aspects holidays after using a few others over the last few years. Great sea view location and clean well equipped property. Only down side was a lack of a good welcoming pack which most agents use, just a few tea bags and coffee sachets don’t cut it really. The other issue was a damp smell on arrival through the door which needs addressing. Other than that would probably use aspects again but they need to sort the welcome pack out , maybe some dairy like butter cheese or some bread like other agents wouldn’t go a miss.

We had a lovely time at 29 The Dunes, Perranporth. The apartment was excellent and well appointed with great views, everyone was helpful and made us feel so welcome. We shall return.

When I made contact with you your staff were very friendly and helpful! The cottage was clean and tidy. What we liked was the milk, tea, water, biscuits and washing up materials left for us.

We stayed at the Dunes Perranporth. Wonderful location overlooking the beach and sea. Disappointed there was not full garden furniture which was pictured in the specification of the apartment when we booked it March 2025 so unable to dine al fresco in the lovely weather.Kitchen was poorly equipped no cheese grater, no serving dishes, glasses provided were dirty and the kitchen bin also.Bathroom and bedroom was lovely with lots of storage and crisp white bed linen.The property needs attention to detail to justify the high rental cost.We did enjoy our stay and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed a 2 week stay to celebrate my 50th birthday at the Blue Place. What can I say that view …. Is spectacular I have never seen such a view, absolutely beautiful and always changing. The blue place is a really lovely apartment, very quirky with most things you will need. The road is a busy main road that never stops. It may not bother you if you are used to traffic. Bedding is gorgeous and shower is very powerful. In the hot weather ( we had 4 days of extreme heat) we have longed for blinds or a curtain in the living room, even with the back door open and windows open it was very very hot & sticky like a green house with all the glass, no shade outside either in the sitting area so that wasn’t an option until sundown. It was very difficult to cope in those temperatures. The house is not made for extreme heat specifically upstairs. Downstairs is cooler with lined curtains to keep the sun out. We stayed out as late on those days as we could.
Newlyn is lovely, we went to the film house to watch a film. Enjoyed the local pub, chippy and tapas place. Aunty Mays is nice for sandwiches and pasties. We had gorgeous meal at Fisherman’s Arms up the harbour hill and a nice meal in Argoe.
We visited the Eden Project, St Ives via train, Falmouth, Mousehole, St Just, Lands End. We enjoyed a sunset at Sennan Cove Beach, visited Perranporth Beach, Porthcurno Beach was lovely but quite a walk back to car. We also visited Marazion and walked over the causeway which was stunning. Really nice pub on way to Penzance called The Bath Inn, nice beer garden and friendly locals.
Overall a lovely stay! Thank you to the Aspect Team for your assistance and the lovely birthday wishes and of course all the local produce to enjoy! I would highly recommend Aspects holidays.

What a beautiful and wonderful base to explore the area! The accommodation has everything you need, the accommodation is just beautiful if I could give more stars I would ! Book it and enjoy a fabulous holiday

“Pump Cottage” in good location. Had pretty original features. Would be perfect if… dampness is fixed and facilities such as washer , dryer renewed, small bathroom needs to be upgraded, a deep clean and a lick of paint, provide more than 1 toilet roll each.

Very damp smell when we arrived. Three bin liners of rubbish outside property on arrival, rubbish was out of bags, I had to tidy up otherwise would have gone down the street. I got very sick while staying there due to the dampness - despite having windows open. Even the carpet, bedsheets and towels felt cold and damp. Facilities need upgrading, tumble dryer old and didn't work properly. Stayed here on business, and needed to wash and dry work clothes.

From the initial booking all the way through the transaction and arrival process was all very good simple smooth, clear concise instructions

We have stayed with Aspects several times now at different cottages and have always had a very positive experience.
All the cottages we have stayed at have been in beautiful locations and so well maintained and equipped.
Booking is easy with friendly helpful staff always available to give advice if needed.
Our most recent stay was at Bryher cottage in Trevaylor and it was exactly like the description given by Aspects.

The booking system was smooth and easy to use. The property was as expected and the regular email communication from the company meant that I felt that if I needed help with something they would be easy to contact. We stayed in St Ives and they have an office there, so the company isn't just a faceless internet company.

Aspects holidays are the best holiday company ever. I have booked holiday stays with them for 13 years now and can safely say they are unbeatable when it comes to customer service and the quality of properties they let. Always guaranteed a good stay (even when the weather is rubbish) as apartments are fully equipped and super clean. A great service. After every holiday they ask you to leave a review and they always act upon it and acknowledge that they have read it!! 22 holidays and counting - next one is in September!

Easy booking experience including all relevant information relating to the property. Regular updates with info in the run up to our holiday which were helpful. The property was exactly as described and in excellent condition throughout. Very satisfied with the service provided by Aspects and we would definitely use them again.
