Great customer service BUT cottage needs attention.
Great customer service and assistance when we thought we’d lost the key!
BUT although house was clean and comfortable it needed some TLC and attention. Several little things that indicated penny pinching took the shine off it all a bit….
Only two very thin cheap toilet rolls for 4 people for a week.. confusing and incomplete instructions about recycling and no bag to put it all in ( ie you would need to buy your own rubbish sacks!) instead of some lovely Cornish made strawberry jam to go with the scones and cream, a jar of Sainsbury’s cheap jam. Gutters were clogged with pine needles so the rain pouring out of them kept us awake (and not good for the dampness in the cottage), garden in need of attention and newly replaced steps not level and sloping … slippery and dangerous when wet. Approach lane so overgrown, car paintwork got scratched by protruding branches amongst the foliage.

We are so sorry to hear this; that is certainly not the impression we would want for guests and you should certainly not have to buy your own rubbish sacks. We will send your feedback straight on to the owners for them to consider what they are leaving for guests and we will speak to them about organising a gutter clean and whether something can be organised for the approach lane. Brilliant holiday letting company
Great seamless booking system, aspects kept in touch regularly. One week before our arrival we received details of where our property was situated and details for entering the property. On arrival there were detailed instructions for all appliances, where the nearest supermarket was etc. wouldn’t hesitate to use aspects again and also highly recommend.

We have as a family been holidaying in Cornwall with Aspects Holidays for many, many years and have never had anything to complain about. All the accommodations has been extremely well represented, honestly detailed and represented. all communications has been professionally outlined and carried out.

Fantastic team at aspect
Fantastic team at aspect , arrived a bit early and had a call to let us know there was a fault with an appliance and it was being sorted but the property was all cleaned and ready to use , you can’t ask for a better customer service.

Great experience at Lauriston
Great experience, used aspects holidays many times and never fail to disappoint! Always on hand if needs be but rarely the case as everything is usually 100%. Can't wait to return in September for our honeymoon at Lauriston!

Fab week in Casma
Just about every aspect of our week in Cornwall was excellent (if you discount the weather!).

HARBOUR PRIDE
The house was very clean and orderly. Plenty of spare bedding, if needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked!
And the views were amazing!
