Aspects Holidays - Harbourside in Mevagissey
We booked Harbourside in Mevagissey through Aspects Holidays. The booking was easy and straightforward. The house is right on the harbour with its own parking space. Unfortunately it had one of the most uncomfortable sofas we have ever had the misfortune to sit on. There were also 13.5 tog duvets on the beds in summer! We went into Aspects' office and were told they could have moved us but as we booked fairly late and there wasn't much else in Mevagissey with parking, I'm not sure how that would have been possible. They did bring us fans though to compensate!!!

We are pleased to hear you found the booking process nice and straightforward, though sorry that you found the sofa uncomfortable. It can be very difficult to find sofas and mattresses that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference, however, we will continue to monitor for feedback and if it is a regular comment from guests, we will try to work with the owner on making a change. We will also pass on your suggestion of having lighter weight duvets for the summer. We are sorry that your stay was not as comfortable as you would have hoped as a result of these, but thank you for taking the time to let us know. Aspects Holidays

Information provided on the website to be clear and accurate. The booking process is so quick and the customer portal useful for keeping track of everything. I haven’t found fault with anything and will definitely be returning as a customer in the future.

Reliable, helpful and a huge variety of holiday homes.
After using Aspects for the first time nearly 10 years ago, we’ve never used anyone else. Service is always fantastic, properties we’ve stayed in have always been as described and any questions have always been answered immediately! They have a huge variety of holiday homes and having stayed in 6 or 7, often going back to the same one and sometimes visiting twice a year, we have never been disappointed!

A good experience
Booking was easy, I was kept informed in the period leading up to the holiday, given clear instructions as to the location of the cottage and details of the key safe. I also received phone calls after arrival to check all was well, and regarding the delivery of clean towels mid stay 😊

Arranging Family Holiday
It is easy to find appropriate holiday accommodation on the website. Booking system operates well, and staff at Aspects are always helpful when contacted direct either by telephone, email or in person at the office.

We had a positive experience booking accommodation in St Ives with Aspects. I needed to contact them with an issue part way through our stay and they responded very quickly and communicated well to resolve the issue. Would recommend
