Nice cutlery. 10 out of 10. Can't fault them. Quality items. Fast delivery. What is not to like.

We originally bought a full Arthur Price cutlery set when we got married three years ago. Over that time, we’d somehow managed to lose a handful of knives, forks and spoons—a complete mystery, although there are a lot of teenagers in the house!

We were able to replenish most of our set. Unfortunately, the matching forks and spoons were no longer available as the range has since been updated, but the replacements are still the same excellent quality and are very reasonably priced.

What really impressed us was that when we compared the replacements with our original cutlery, which we’ve used every day for the past three years, they still looked as good as new. That really speaks for the quality and durability of Arthur Price cutlery.

We’re hoping this beautiful cutlery set will last us for the rest of our lives.

This is a gift but had a peek and it looks like everything is of a high quality. The set seems well balanced to handle. The presentation box is also of a high quality.

Good value and excellent service

Quality set of cutlery really pleased it’s made in uk.

I reached out to customer service before ordering a set of silver plated cutlery that was on sale. Regular price approx $3500 CAD on sale $720. It seemed too good to be true, hence my inquiry before purchasing. I wanted to ensure the quality was high despite the sale price. I was assured that the quality was high, the cutlery is coated with silver in the UK and there is a 50 year warranty.
The set arrives and there is no paperwork to indicate any warranty and several pieces are scratched and not coated properly right out of the packaging. I reached back out to customer service who had previously responded quite rapidly, now its been a week and nothing.
Arthur Price gets the stainless steel cutlery made in Asia and coats them with silver locally, although worth mentioning their sterling pieces are still made 100% in the UK. Following my original review, the company responded rapidly and i was in touch with Marion. She deserves 5 stars for her efforts and understanding. The lady i was previously dealing with was on holidays which explains no response but Marion still seemed apologetic. She relayed to me that on their end the team all agreed i was sent pieces that do not meet their quality standards. She worked with me to come to a resolution that seemed only focused on making things right for me. Some of the cutlery i recieved seemed to be of the quality one has in mind when they think of Arthur Price, so im convinced i was just unlucky with my set.

Always reliably excellent, classic quality and possible to find replacements of what I bought before after the cutlery fairy has taken off with them. Thank you!

I ordered some cutlery as a wedding gift. It arrived on time and each piece was well wrapped. I've docked one star because ideally I would like it to have been delivered directly to the wedding couple, but as there was no option for gift wrap or to include a message, I had it delivered to me. I'm glad I did because the box it came in was rather battered, not ideal for a gift. I've re-wrapped it and put it in a gift bag to take to the wedding. The cutlery looks very nice and of good quality, but I can't comment further as it wasn't my choice and I'm not the one who'll be using it.

Great offer on this canteen of cutlery, came very quickly unfortunately I was not at home due to an appointment and dpd driver would not deliver to neighbour.
I arranged redelivery to my neighbour as I was away and no weekend delivery slots. Still happy with the goods I received which is a wedding present

I’m very happy with my new cutlery set. It is beautiful and I know that I’ll get many years of enjoyment from it. It is great that this product is made in the UK. The delivery service was impressive, especially given that I ordered it to be shipped to New Zealand. I’d like to give credit to Amy as she was most helpful and responsive with my questions.
