Good quality cutlery and excellent customer service

Bought the champagne cutlery set less than six months ago and the finish on every piece has already started fading. I followed the care instructions to the letter, so this is not misuse.

What takes it to one star is the aftercare. I emailed customer care and heard nothing. I chased and heard nothing. I then filled in the contact form on the website and still nothing, not even an acknowledgement.

For a brand that sells itself on heritage and quality, being ignored on a faulty set is very poor. I would not buy again.

Beautiful, quality cutlery. Beautifully packed. Delivered in a timely fashion. What's not to love? Also, the sample service was excellent in helping my choice.

The website was easy to find and easy to use. I sent a couple of emails with questions that were answered promptly and honestly. I received the cutlery set after the date promised, but this was due to the local DPD service and not Arthur Price staff. I would recommend and would use again. Now I'm off to try the cutlery which looks fabulous.

This is a good product, however when I saw the 100 plus euro / £ shipping cost I presumed that was the cost, however I had to pay some 180 euro import costs to your chosen shipper, disappointing.
At point of sale you should have made me aware!

I am delighted with my recent purchase from Arthur Price. I was specifically looking for individual teaspoons rather than a whole set, and they were the perfect solution. The quality is outstanding—they have a beautiful, timeless design and a wonderful shine. They are exactly the right size and feel great to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality cutlery.

I happened to visit the AP website when the summer savings promotion was on and because this was a such a good offer I decided to order a new set of cutlery. After placing my order I received a confirmation email which offered the option of choosing a specific delivery date so I did. My order arrived on time, securely packaged and each item within the outer box was individually wrapped. The quality of the cutlery is excellent, feels good in the hand and looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the 'boxed' set I'd ordered actually included a lovely wooden canteen in which to store the cutlery, I had't expected this and assumed that the 'box' would simply be a cardboard one! Though I had originally ordered 8 place settings, I immediately placed a second order to top it up to 12 so that I could fill up the lovely canteen - probably not a deliberate sales ploy by Arthur Price but it certainly worked with me! Excellent goods and service, I will be checking back in future to see what other lovely items I can find.
