Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice – schnelle und professionelle Unterstützung!

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Claudia vom Archiproducts-Kundendienst bedanken.
Von der ersten Meldung über das beschädigte TV-Möbel bis zur Lösung des Problems wurde ich stets freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig betreut.
Claudia hat immer schnell auf meine E-Mails reagiert, die Kommunikation war klar und transparent, und sie hat sich persönlich darum gekümmert, dass der Hersteller ein neues Möbelstück produziert und an mich versendet.
Ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Prozesses sehr gut unterstützt und informiert.

Ein solch engagierter Kundenservice ist heute leider selten, daher ein großes Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön an Claudia und das gesamte Archiproducts-Team!

Leider es war nicht moeglich Ersatzteilen fuer Ihr beschaedigtes TV-Moebel zu schicken und wir haben daher den Hersteller gefragt, ein neues TV-Moebel in kurze Zeit zu produzieren. Ho contattato la piattaforma per chiedere assistenza in merito ad un regalo, chiedendo se era possibile riceverlo in pochi giorni. Il centro assistenza è stato molto disponibile (in particolar modo Claudia con la quale mi sono interfacciato) per accogliere la mia richiesta. Pacco ricevuto nei tempi prestabiliti. Molto molto soddisfatto.

Malgrado avesse ricevuto la merce ad agosto e il reclamo vada aperto entro 3 giorni dalla consegna della merce, il nostro Servizio Clienti si è prodigato nel sostituire il pezzo difettoso del Suo caminetto a biotenalo, considerati gli elevati standard di sicurezza che bisogna rispettare su questo tipo di articoli. What’s wrong with the customer support I used to trust?

I received my order more than a couple of weeks ago, which contained totally 7 items rather than 6 that I’ve actually ordered. It turned out they wrongly shipped me two drawers I didn’t order which should have been a coffee table that I ordered missing in that shipment. They contacted me, wanting the two drawers to be shipped back, which is understandable. What puzzled, and in the end really irritated me was that they didn’t care about the missing item that I haven’t received at all. All they cared was to get the drawers back. After one of the staffs, Claudia, replied me that their logistics dept would check what went wrong on Oct 8th, then it went silence for entirely TWO weeks about the missing item. Over the past two weeks, emails between archiproduct customer support and me still kept going. Yet the correspondences were all about getting the drawers back. They wouldn’t even bother to updated me the status of the missing item in the emails, in spite that I politely ask them to take this matter seriously, more than once.

I did all I could to help. I wanted to get it over with soonest, so I tag the shipping documents provided by DHL the first thing I returned back to my another house ( the shipping address). I didn’t have a printer there. I even asked for help from my brother, who didn’t live with me, to get it done for archiproduct. Now the boxes have been kept at security center on the ground floor of my apartment for MANY days. No pick up! Perhaps DHL came before I got ready, but how on earth would I be able to do all those work when I was only given by archiproduct one day to get everything really? I’ve my life here and I’m not all to just serve archiproduct. Shouldn’t I be asked beforehand which date is convenient for them to send DHL to pick up the drawers? No. They set the date and simply informed me.

This is still a pending issue as of now. I’m no archiproduct employee. I’m a customer who hasn’t received one of the orders I’ve placed. And I am also a kind customer who spent efforts to help archiproduct fix the problem they caused. They should to minimum take responsibility for the missing item. And they shouldn’t take all the helps from me for granted. I hope top managements see these messages and fix clearly the serious internal problems they have now.

Since you are in an Extra European Country, the handling of such shipping problems is much more complicated. Neverthless on 27th October we managed to ship your table to your address in Taiwan and thanks to your cooperation we were also able to pick up from your address the goods wrongly received. No support after purchasing

I'd been a follower of Archiproducts for a long time, so when they reached out about their trade services I was looking forward to working with them and hoping to establish a long relationship. Unfortunately, my first experience with an expensive order is that they don't offer much support after purchasing, they are slow to reply, and they don't take responsibility for anything. They throw everything on the purchaser including complicated customs and duties and storage fees. For purchases of such expenses, I strongly recommend working with local reps instead, who offer so much more support and often offer prices that are even less than Archiproducts'.

SAV inexistant

Après quatre semaines d'attente prévue pour la livraison d'un luminaire qui arrive sur une palette (aucune information concernant les dimensions ni le poids du colis sur le site lors de la commande), le luminaire livré n'est pas du coloris attendu.

En effet Archiproducts n'a pas de service SAV et "transmet toutes les informations au fabricant qui prendra contact avec vous très prochainement".

Cela fait 15 jours que j'ai un énorme colis qui m'encombre et aucune prise de contact du fabricant.

J'attends...

Awful delays and support

This company has no "after purchase support" - their words not mine.

This means after you order something, no phone number or human is available to you.

Just to be clear - you are purchasing very expensive designer brands here, thousands of euros, and no one here to help you.

I bought a sink well over 1k, it was supposed to ship end of August, mid september they told me it would ship october 1st. I sent them more than 34 emails and received many half-annoyed non-helpful replies, either from someone who read a zendesk ticket, or something automated.

Apparently the sink has shipped more than a month and a half late, holding up my construction.

If you can buy from the supplier directly make every effort to do so!!!

Update: They say that the delay is due to the war in Gaza, completely understandable, yet the shipping times they currently list on their site where they try to sell you product do not reflect that. This is bait and switch, what they have willfully admitted to.

Anyway our after sales support have always answered you and explained you that unfortunately the producer had had some problems with the supply of the raw materials because of the war in Middle East and this situation has caused a huge delay not only with your order but of all articles coming from these countries. We also offered you to cancel the order and receiving a full refund since this situation was beyond Archiproducts' control and was caused by a geopolitical crisis in Middle East (Gaza War) that has caused the interdiction of the transit of all cargo ships. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope that you have understood the critical situation that involved your order. Best regards

Vergogna

Ho ordinato un orologio da parete di un certo valore e mi è stato consegnato senza imballo. Solo una misera scatola: la confezione proprio dell’orologio stesso:
con incollata l’etichetta di viaggio e quindi completamente rovinata per fare un regalo e oltretutto apribile senza nessun nastro di sigillo
Una vergogna
E ovviamente assistenza inesistente

Buongiorno, anche questa volta sono costretta a comunicare con voi attraverso le recensioni visto che il servizio clienti è inesistente per rispondere alle e-mail. Quando arriverà l’articolo ordinato e già pagato più di 8 settimane fa dell’ordine ORD-98851? Attendo vostro immediato riscontro altrimenti procederò con la mia banca per recuperare la somma già pagata al “vostro commercio” online.
