a tuttoggi ho richiesto ritiro merce e rimborso dopo un mese circa di solleciti non ho ricevuto una sola telefonata di riscontro se solo mail automatiche tranne una in cui mi riferiscono che devono fare verifiche se hanno sbagliato a registraree l'ordine o se è stato il magazzino ad effettuare l'errore, davvero assurdo, intanto assisti il cliente e in seguito fai le verifiche interne per capire chi ha fatto l'errore, senza lasciare il cliente nel limbo, sono oltre tre mesi che ho tirato fuori 1900,00 e il mio bagno è in ancora in attesa di due specchi.
indecente davvero il servizio cliente, totalmente inesistente.

Ottimi prezzi e ottimo servizio clienti
Ho acquistato un pezzo della Flos ad un prezzo veramente concorrenziale. Ho poi avuto qualche problema con l'oggetto acquistato ma il servizio clienti Archiproducts ha risolto in tempi brevi e con massima serietà, mediando con Flos. Ringrazio Marcella del servizio clienti che si è dimostrata paziente, competetente e veloce nella risoluzione.

They have a great range of products online. I had an issue with my order (manufacturing issue) that Archiproducts resolved immediately. I would 100% recommend their online store.

Received twice a broken wash basin
Received twice a broken wash basin, poorly packed and delivered, 3 months after paying the order and after an initial delay caused by, according to the store, a 3rd basin had been broken as well (!). This can happen but the support and customer service is not up to standard. Long delays for response in relation to the situation. You have to write several times and call the shop, then suddenly a reply. They are very concerned about their money (not considering the customer may deserve a compensation after 3 months of delays and problems) and demand small pieces returned before refund is made, making the customer wait even more. AND the refund is reduced with 500 SEK compared to the purchase price when it finally arrives - no explanation and no transparent documentation of transaction, exchange rates etc - no documentation at all of the transaction. I bet they let the customer pay for the transaction fee. But still, too big part of the purchase price ”disappeared”. 500 SEK corresponding to 52 euros of the purchase cost still missing in the ”refund”…!
Meanwhile, they are veery good and active in sending you glossy promotions, no problems there… I would avoid this shop if I was you.
***Update regarding the shop’s reply : the sink was not delivered according to promised ETA ( late January - early February) so it is not correct what is stated in the reply from the company as below. It took a couple of more weeks. After payment, this was stated: ” Estimated delivery between 30 January 2025 - 4 February 2025 ”

As soon as your order is complete and we receive it, we will prepare the documents for the shipment to Stockholm.

***update 15/4 regarding reply below from the shop: The shop has not yet showed a copy of the bank transactions for the refunds explaining the difference of 50 euros, nourishing the suspicion they let customers pay transaction fees and exchange fees even when cause of the refund is not the responsibility of the customer.

Ho comprato una lampada di design in stock a novembre 2024. Sebbene la confezione era intatta la lampada era graffiata a causa di un problema del packaging. Il supporto è stato immediato e continuo, ho ricevuto una seconda calotta, purtroppo anch'essa danneggiata e poi finalmente una terza, perfetta. Grazie mille sicuramente comprerò ancora presso di voi!

Nachdem zuerst eine Bettvariante geliefert wurde, die nicht passte, hat der Kundenservice die Abholung und Lieferung der passenden Variante organisiert. Abholung und Lieferung klappten perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmals auch an den netten Kundenservice.

15 giorni fa ho ricevuto un prodotto acquistato su archiproduct, il prodotto è peró arrivato danneggiato. Nonostante abbia fatto una segnalazione tempestiva, all'indirizzo email indicato sul portale, a distanza di 2 settimane non ho ancora ricevuto nessun riscontro.
Servizio pessimo. Visto il livello dei prodotti venduti, ci si aspetterebbe un servizio più serio e rassicurativo.

Commande lave main du 04/02/25
Bonjour,
Commande passée le 04/02/25 pour un lave main en céramique de la marque Copenhagen Bath. Reçu le 24/02 complètement cassé, j'ai fait une réclamation le jour même, et malgré une relance le 03/03, aucun retour. Alors qu'il est indiqué sur leur site "réponse sous 48h00". C'est inadmissible pour un site qui se dit "archi", c'est à dire haut de gamme, de laisser les gens sans retour. Apparemment je ne suis pas la seule vu les derniers commentaires. Ce site n'est pas sérieux et je ne le recommande pas.
Delay delay delay!!!
I placed an order on 29 November (black friday). It was supposed to arrive at the beginning of January (I was counting on this delay). Since then they've been giving me delays, it's now March and I still haven't received anything and I've paid 400€.
At the beginning the customer service was good, they answered me quickly but now they don't even answer.
Update 12.03: After writing this review the order miraculously arrived a week later, split into two packages that arrived on consecutive days. Finally Customer Service got back to me.

Uneven luminance on pendent lamp
Hello, my Siru lamps I recently bought from Archiproducts it arrived later and when I installed, did not have an even brightness. I wrote in with pictures seeking advice on this issue.
Marcella, was the customer rep that liaised my feedback to the Siru manufacturer , a solition was proposed ( to “de-grease” the glass lamp inside-out , dry and test. I did as instructed and was pleasantly surprised with the good results. I want to thank Marcella and the good folks from Siru to help me resolve my issue , luckily it was not difficult for me to execute. Thank you for the great support.

Il prodotto non era disponibile da subito. Ma sono stati trasparenti. Ora ho la mia bellissima libreria in sala. Molto elegante e montata a muro perfettamente in bolla| dritta! :). Io avrei fatto un disastro.
