The company is atrocious
The company is atrocious, flight got delayed for more than 3 hours we waited in the airport too long the company is just shite, no refund given to us we were not told the reason for the delay we just had do sit there and wait. Staff is incredibly rude as well when we asked why we are being delayed. Overall bad experience this company shouldn’t even exist is so bad it shouldn’t be a thing my flight at 21:15 I didn’t fly out until 1am which is just a pisstake I’m tired I’ve got places to be the next day day it’s just a really bad company that shouldn’t even be allowed to operate looking at how many negative reviews it has.

Groaznic, nu recomand. Aveam zbor Bucuresti - Suceava, iar cu o zi inainte, cand faceam check-in am vazut ca de fapt au mutat zborul cu o ora mai devreme iar aterizarea cu o ora mai tarziu ca sa facem escala la Iasi. Si colac peste pupaza, a avut si intarziere.

I kindly suggest all travelers to not fligh with this air like, They change the flight we book to a flight with one escale in another city and the flight allready delayed with 2 hours , have an extra delay with another hours. Even in the begining i was entusiast with their new Fleet and personnel , the experience i had with them was disapointed and give me a bitter taste. I will avoid with all cost
Delays and no answers
The delayed flights is a common practice for them. After that, the communication is extremely slow and unresponsive, causing unnecessary frustration and stress.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience

Finally with this company I gained the confidence to fly. I flew 10 times before flying with Animawings and I was more and more afraid, the seats are the most comfortable and you have more space. The whole company is very kind and pleasant ready to help you with anything you needed. Also, during takeoff and landing, they flew so smoothly that it was as if there was no difference. Niste tepari infecti, nu te poti baza niciodata pe zborul lor, iti zic prima data ca au intarziere 20 de minute si dupa la 10 minute distanta ca ti au anulat zborul. Nu ti cauta o alternativa, nu le pasa ca aveai tu planuri, programari, munca, cazari platite, bani pe taxiuri, timp pierdut si orice altceva. N am patit de la nici o alta companie de zbor sa mi traga asa teapa.
Call center ul e infect, cred ca nu au deloc operatori, am stat cu ei in telefon o ora ca dupa sa mi inchida fara raspuns.
N as fi crezut ca o sa zic asta da s mai buni cei de la tarom si mai seriosi de o mie de ori.

From Bucharest to Kefalonia, late, more than 2 h, from Kefalonia to Bucharest, late again, more than 2 h, zero communication with the passagers.
Our outbound flight from ARN to OTP was…
Our outbound flight from ARN to OTP was smooth and on time. Our homebound flight was delayed due to some technical issues but they managed to replace the aircraft with a new in less than 2 hours. This new airplane was its virgin tour with passengers. What a cool and professional experience. I can strongly recommend Animawings.

We were flying from Bucharest to Paris in 8 & back 12 Sept with Animawings, A2600, A2601. New planes, more comfortable places, bigger space, nice, young, proffesional staf. Surely we will look after Animawings for next trips.
An unexpected delight with Animawings
My short national flight with Animawings, from Iasi to Bucharest, was an absolute pleasure. I was surprised to find myself on the newest plane I've ever flown in, and the entire experience was wonderful. The personnel were very nice and kind, and they were especially accommodating when my checked luggage was 2kg over the limit and they didn't charge me extra. I truly loved the flight and the service.

A sudden 9 hour delay for "technical reasons", ended up losing another flight I was desperate to get.
The call center is a joke, the phone number avalible most likely isn't even connected, and any mail won't receive an answer in any good amount of time.
I actually wonder if there will be any sudden delay in their defense if people were to apply for for compensationa for their own $ losses.
EDIT: When they did answer, they said it'a nothing to do but wait, not any other joke of an airplane or anything else.
Horrible experience, never again
- Flight was delayed for 6 hours;
- Nobody communicated with the passengers, we didn’t know what was going on;
- When the aircraft finally arrived, it was Bul Air (Bulgaria) and not Animawings. It was old and dirty and the seating was done randomly, even though we paid for specific seats;
- On landing, we were left waiting in the plane for buses to arrive for 20 minites.
Horrible experience, never again.
Worst company to fly with for me
Worst company to fly with for me, so far! Returning from Heraklion was a nightmare. They had us waiting in the plane for about 20 minutes, then they only got us 1 staircase, humiliating us, as usual in Romania. Then, of course, the cherry on top: 1h for our luggage. Sh*t company, poor employees 🤦♂️
We were suppose to fly from Bukarest to…
We were suppose to fly from Bukarest to Stockholm at 10.50 26 th of August. When we arrived to the airport we saw that our flight was delayed 4 hours. We had not received any information what so ever. The staff member said that they had sent out an e-mail which they had not. If we would have known we could just have stayed longer at our hotel. We got no explanation what so ever to the delay.
We got a voucher for 10 euros each for food. The airport is extremly expensive in Bucharest and you cant even buy a sandwich with that.
I do not recommend this company!
