Given the current climate we’re all in due to COVID, you wouldn’t think this was the case when it comes to dealing with Altegra. The over the phone and email promptness is second to none. Not to mention the descriptive detail that is easy to understand in anyone’s language!
Lastly, Alterga’s product is truly class leading in my opinion. My heavy duty gazebo has been put through it’s paces lately as Melbourne’s weather has been quite erratic. It’s recently even survived a Richter scale 6 EARTHQUAKE!!

Scott was extremely helpful with my enquiry and easy to talk to. Asked the right questions to get and the info he needed (I didn't know what I wanted really) and delivered a perfect product. I will put another review on down the track when I have tried out my Compact Lite.

My marquee weights were ordered on the Tuesday and arrived on the Thursday. I received a telephone call and a follow up email stating they had been dispatched and should arrive on the Thursday which they did. Great service and I am happy with the product too.

A great product and the third I have purchased. When all the other brands have blown away when the wind picks up the Altegra's are always the ones left standing. I use their product at motorcycle events which are often out in the middle of nowhere so they need to be fast and easy to erect and tough against the elements. They tick all the boxes! Special thanks to Scott who is always helpful and makes the purchasing process easy.

Phenomenal folding table! Quality for price is definitely there and the delivery was pretty quick too. Never had a problem with Altegra and would definitely recommend.

Strong well made gazebos that take everything our Scouts can dish! Several are now 10 years old. Altegra is a terrific company who is very responsive.

Awesome product and customer service to match. Have bought cheap versions elsewhere in the past, one from online and one from the camping retailers but they just don't last. This Gazebo is excellent quality and it once again proves the old adage that you get what you pay for. If you want a great sturdy gazebo with quality canopy and quality range of walls, trust me and my experience, spend the little bit extra and get an Altegra.
All the other reviews are spot on too in regards to customer service. It's always with a smile and it's good to know you can pick up the phone and talk to someone local who actually is the company and not a call centre.
BTW, this is not a paid Advertisement LOL - it's my genuine review from a very satisfied first time customer. Highly recommend the Altegra product to anyone contemplating purchasing one.

Altegra were very easy to deal with. A simple email, they came back to me efficiently with all info. Took my order and sent out products promptly. I have used Altegra gazebos for a few years now, good quality, strong frames, having a compact size it is easy to transport. Great product and service.

I had to replace my 3x3 canopy on a none Altegra frame.
After having a discussion with Scott and being advised on what could happen as far as the fitment went decided to purchase the cover.
The help and advice that I received was 5star.
