My experience with Altegra was really good, great service from the team and the quality of the marquee was awesome. Will be back for my next marquee purchase!

The customer service was fantastic! The fact that Altegra have made a discount available to Salamanca market stallholders make them the ones to go to!

Our Rotary Club has been dealing with Altegra for some 5 to 6 years our initial purchase was for a 6 x 3 heavy duty marquee, this served us well until recently when our volunteer numbers dropped and we found it a bit more difficult to erect.
We were so happy with the quality of the construction and artwork of the 6 x 3 we stayed with Altegra and purchased another 3 -3 x3 light duty marquees. The lighter duty models can be installed in minutes.
We have experienced some pretty scary weather at our BBQ,s but the Marquees have endured and the use of screw on spikes certainly holds the marquees in place.
The staff at Altegra are professional yet friendly and easy to deal with.

I am disgusted with this company. I spent $1100 on a Marquee believing their big promises that it would be guaranteed for life. 6 months later it was set up and it got a bit windy (but nothing extreme) and two aluminium struts broke and tore through the canopy.

Altegra wouldn't cover it because their warranty excludes damage 'due to weather.' That's a bit like giving a 10 year warranty on a car 'as long as you don't drive it'

Their warranty is worthless.

It would have cost them so little to provide replacement parts.

Can’t fault the quality of the product or the service from this company. Luke kept us informed of order and delivery information, was prompt in responding to questions and provided the kind of service many companies so sadly lack these days. Would definitely recommend buying from Altegra if you want a smooth purchase.

Recently bought an Altegra 1.5m portable table to use as a bar at a music festival, it’s strong lightweight and compact, it was perfect for our needs, we had heaps of people come over and ask where we purchased it from as they were keen to get their own. Can’t rate it highly enough and will be purchasing a second one soon!

The compact gazebo i bought is unique in design and a quality build with quality material.

Great and easy dealings with the altegra team. Heavy duty marquee is, we'll.. HD! it's a tat on the heavy side but one things for sure, ones up, it ain't moving! Walls etc are of great quality. One minor thing, the bag the HD marquee comes in, can be made more lasting. Ripped in the 1st few weeks. HD table are superb! Easy to set up and look great. Excellent service from the team.

Could not be happier with the pre and post sales service of Altegra, and their product. I purchased a Heavy Duty Gazebo with standard canopy and side walls from Altegra after researching the specs of their products and comparing them to the opposition. That research included emails and phone calls, request for photos and comparison of components. Allegra's sales staff were more than happy to assist. Altegra's cast aluminium joints, pull ring adjustors and high pitched roof are just some of the features that I love about this gazebo. It was difficult to find a package that had it all but this one definitely does.

I also recommend the Big Wheel Marquee Bag. The design makes pickup a breeze and it made my 3 x 4.5m gazebo easier to pack away and transport than my previous 3x3 gazebo of a different brand.

My conclusion, in an "apples with apples" comparison, the Altegra Heavy Duty Gazebo, with its lifetime frame warranty, hands down represents the best quality and best value for money gazebo / marquee on the Australian market.

My Gazebo was dispatched immediately and I received tracking information that was accurate. Unfortunately my gazebo was damaged by the freight company during transport. It wasn't Altegra's fault. Despite this, the company owner took it upon himself to personally resolve the situation, doing everything within his power to make good on the problem. I received a replacement part in a timely manner with an email describing how to undertake the simple repair. The benefit of having a completely rebuildable gazebo. And a personal touch, I even received and email from the company owner to check that I had received everything and managed the repair okay.

I setup this gazebo with ease (two people), and it sheltered my family over a four day weekend which literally had everything thrown at it. Hot sun, rain and strong winds. Packup was just as simple and the Big Wheel bag conveniently had a pocket for everything.

This is a company that evidently cares about its customers and reputation. I thoroughly recommend them for your next gazebo / marquee. You won't be disappointed.

Bought my first Gazebo and it has been perfect ( compact gazebo). It arrived complete with my sign across the front… loved it. I also bought the walls which are the same excellent quality as the canopy. Very very happy.

We ordered a 4.5m x 3 aluminum framed gazebo with our company branding and are extremely happy with the service and product. We were presented with a few different design options and once selected received our gazebo very promptly. Have used in moderate wind and rain with walls and am extremely happy with the product.

Excellent marquees and walls. They are very durable, well worth the money. Used the marquee in a huge thunderstorm and it stayed put and dry. Great customer service. Highly recommended

The service/consultation was professional with all queries answered thoroughly and timely. Lastly, products were shipped quickly and I recieved them within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Recently purchased the Pro Lite Compact from Altegra and couldn’t be happier. After setting it up for the first time I instantly recognised the quality in both design and construction. This, coupled with their outstanding ordering process, communication and after sales service and lifetime frame warranty… well say no more. Yes a bit dearer than the regular offerings but OMG, the difference is staggering and the final point is that it actually fits back into the supplied bag… easily! Magnificent product!
