We really enjoyed our stay at one of their villas. As a group of 12 we found the space to be perfect with lots to do including a pool table and ping pong table. The pool was really clean and the garden area had lots of space with sun loungers and a large table to fit the whole group. The rooms were really clean and comfortable with enough towels provided for the week. The villa was located in a quiet location however was only a short walk from shops and restaurants and only about a 10 minute drive to the old town and 12 mins to the new town which Ubers were very accessible.
Martin, our contact, was super helpful and even arranged airport transfer and a boat day which was handy to have it all booked under one person. We would definitely recommend the boat day and any other activities this company would recommend.
Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back in the future!

Nice Villa, needs some TLC and pre-guest inspection
Recent visit to Algarve, large family group, booked into two villas in close proximity. My group stayed in the Villa Morais, large property, bedrooms on three levels, adequate accommodation but showing a little age and wear and tear. We arrived late evening, found the property musty, it hadn’t been used for a while prior to us. We started the a/c units to circulate the air, a basement bedroom unit was faulty. There was a large, well established column of ants from the poolside lawn crossing the patio and entering the kitchen, which we washed away using the garden hose and used what was left of an ant deterrent spray. Next morning we found that the basement floor, with 2 bedrooms, occupied by members of our party, had flooded due to a leaking hot water storage tank, with a badly corroded joint. We isolated the tank. The a/c problem and flooding were reported, an engineer attended later that day and dropped the tank contents, leaving us with reduced hot water for duration of our stay, some guests had tepid, sometime cold showers and the joint continued to leak its remaining content! My view was that the hot water system was switched on just prior to arrival as there was no evidence of a leak when we retired to bed that night. No fix for the a/c unit during our stay. Next day we cleared the patio again of ants, had to clean the pool furniture, which was covered in cobwebs, and wash them down as they were covered in dust, with embedded dirt in the patterned plastic seats. The garden and pool area was untidy, hadn’t been swept or mopped prior to our arrival.
Much of the above would have been evident if the management company had done a proper pre-occupancy/diligence check before our arrival.
Despite the issues we had an enjoyable stay, the villa served its purpose, it was conveniently close to beach/supermarket and equipped for our party’s needs.

Wonderful stay
We had an amazing stay at Villa Laura for a family holiday for 7 of us, and it was the perfect place to spend quality time together.
The villa was exactly as advertised - beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a fantastic location.
The peaceful atmosphere made it a wonderful place to relax and unwind, while the convenient surroundings made exploring the area very easy.
We had a welcome meeting at the villa with Melissa, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making us feel settled from the moment we arrived. We also booked a lovely boat tour of the caves through Melissa, visited the Old Town and had some fantastic meals there and in the nearby marina, which made our trip even more memorable.
Communication was excellent throughout, and all members of the team were friendly, helpful, and responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
We truly had the best time together as a family and are already planning another trip.
Highly recommend!

After booking several villas in…
We should probably have listened to the reviews, but against my better judgement we booked anyway, as it was the only villa we could find in the area that suited our large family.
Issues actually started before we even arrived, when the full balance was taken from my account almost a year early due to a manual data input error their end. The money was refunded after I flagged it to them, but it didn’t fill us with confidence.
Having read previous reviews about security deposits, I also spent the first few hours of our holiday photographing every mark, broken item, and safety concern on arrival, because of this, we had no issues getting our deposit returned in the end.
We have previously booked several villas in Portugal through Premier Villas and have always had excellent service, with well-maintained, clean villas and no issues at all over the years. This time, however, we booked through Algarve Vacation as the villa suited our family size and location needs.
All communication was via email — we could never, and I mean never, get hold of anyone by phone to discuss queries.
The villa itself was lovely, spacious, and had the amenities we needed. However, it was dated and poorly maintained. Some issues were cosmetic, but others were genuine safety concerns, particularly the broken, sharp decking with holes around the pool area — not ideal for a large family with children. We were told it would be replaced at the end of the season, but honestly it needed addressing far sooner.
The villa was also dirty on arrival and, despite staying for the week, it was never cleaned once during our stay. Several sun loungers were broken, the air conditioning didn’t work in a room, the cooker in the annex was faulty, one bedroom shower didn’t work, shelves were hanging off the walls, and the hot tub, which we paid extra for, wasn’t cleaned or checked once during the entire week either.
Someone linked to the villa management / management company came out a couple of times and explained some issues were awaiting parts and they were aware of the majority of them, although he also seemed more interested in selling us boat trips than resolving the problems. Despite several visits, the air conditioning and shower were never fixed during our stay.
When we returned home, I sent the company a full list of issues. Never in my life have I asked for compensation after a holiday, as I appreciate problems can happen during busy changeover periods. However, it was clear some of these issues had existed for quite some time and didn’t seem to matter as long as the villa was still being rented out.
Despite several follow-ups and being told the matter had been passed to the after-sales team, we heard nothing further and still couldn’t get anyone on the phone.
Overall, the villa had potential, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and poor customer service really let the experience down. If good customer service and properly maintained accommodation are important to you, I personally wouldn’t book with this company again.
