Perfect house great service anytime we needed something or had any questions with it was handled smoothly and quickly. People that came to clean the house and to clean the pool were excellent. Very good service and very nice people. I would recommend it.

This company took 589 euro from our deposit because they blame us that we have broken a bathtube.
We got 10 days ( yes 10 days😳) after our stay a picture that show a small crack in the bathtube. As we told them we didn’t do that - how the hell do you make a crack in a bathtube?? Never heard that before - the house was 20-25 years old ( I guess) so I think it is a worn out bathtube.
We have several times ask for proves that shows there was no crack in the bathtube before our stay at 4-11 of july. But they haven’t send us a prove on the crack didn’t exsist before our stay. They just ignore our request.
When we arrived to the house (3000 euro for one week) there were missing forks, glasses, Aircon controller was broken ( we didn’t get a new one as the promise us), cleaning at two bedrooms was not good, no light at the pool, there was 2 big parasol outside at the pool and 1 of them was broken when we arrived they didn’t fix as they say they will.
So if Algarve Vacation inspection of the house before our stay can miss all those things they can also miss a crack behind the shower curtain.
So remember to demand an inspection when you arrive /leave with some employee from Algarve Vacation.

From the moment the occupants entered…
From the moment the occupants entered the house to the moment they left, the organisation was nightmare the work with.
Not trustworthy, manipulating evidence and given unreasonable retention from the security desposit.
The organisation even faked littering of the appartment by the cleaners following the return of one of the occupants.

The townhouse was as advertised
The townhouse was as advertised, great location for all shops, restaurants and activities. There was no need for a car rental. We golfed a couple of days and the golf courses were close enough to Uber. Check-in and check out were very easy and they were available if we had any questions, I would happily stay there again.

Avoid al all costs
Would not use this Company. Our Villa was dirty when we arrived, floor, bin, dust everywhere. Old run down property with problems from Day 1. Toilet not working and it took them 3 days to repair. 2 air con units noisy and poor quality. 2 hairdryers not working. patio crumbling outside. Cigarette ash left in a cup from previous guests. Paint falling off shelves in wardrobe. Crack in ceiling of bathroom. Kitchen cupboards smelly and coffee cafetière dirty. Snooker table full dust. all furniture very, very old. Showers must be 50 years old. Construction works in front of pool, dust flying over every day. We asked to be moved and they did not respond or mention moving us. Did not send Maintenance team to look at any of our problems except toilet which as I said took 3 days. Most unhelpful and only wanted our 4200 euros for 1 week. Had the most awful week. Rented Vila San Juan in Carvoeiro. Video is bright, white and shiny, the property does not reflect this. Have rented properties in Carvoeiro many times, this has got to be the worst Company to deal with and the worst Villa ever! Asked for some compensation, they said no.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated all 12 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool – we spent so much time there and really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great place for a group vacation, and we would happily stay here again.

Very disappointed by this company
Very disappointed by this company. A villa was booked for a group of nine. On arrival, the property was dirty, with food wrappers and a half eaten chocolate bar lying around, and not in good order. There were broken doors and doors which did not open, which was a clear fire hazard, broken handles and damaged tiles. There were many ants in the property and a hole in one of the showers where ants were coming in. One of the guests had to move rooms due to waking up with their bed covered in ants. The group were given a “lecture” on arrival about nightly inspections to check noise and then emailed to say there was be an inspection to check they were treating the property correctly. This was a joke and intrusive given the state of the property on arrival. Also, the terms and conditions said the security deposit would be €750 but they then changed it to €300 per guest. The company are now saying it will take two weeks to return a security deposit of nearly €3000 and cannot confirm the property was checked the day the guests left. I strongly recommend not booking with this company.

Wonderful relaxing time in great Villa on the Algarve
We booked this villa because it had all the amenities and nearby attractions we wanted. About 2 miles from the nearest beach it proved to be an excellent choice. It was neat and tidy on arrival, instructions how to access were clear and description on website reflected reality. Swimming pool was lovely and enough space for our whole party of 15 adults and a baby.

We booked the Villa Kailua through Vrbo
We booked the Villa Kailua through Vrbo. From the moment we booked until we left the communication was excellent, with all queries and requests dealt with very efficiently. The Villa was excellent and we had the best time staying here. The Villa is in a great location to everything that you could need. The supermarket was an easy 5 minute walk, the beach 20 minutes and more restaurants than you could ever need close by.

Great location and the apartment was very well thought out. The owner had provided everything you could need and very handy having a washing machine. Nice subtract on the balcony with a pool at the apartments to relax.
