Estávamos a dois passos da praia, tínhamos tudo o que era preciso nas redondezas. Não tivemos dificuldade em estacionar.

O apartamento ficou bonito com a renovação, era espaçoso o suficiente para 6 pessoas. Teria sido bom se tivesse máquina de lavar loiça mas de resto tinha todas as comodidades para uma estadia confortável. O Martin mostrou se sempre disponível com recomendações de restaurantes, atividades e até com um pequeno problema numa torneira que foi resolvido em pouco tempo.

Muito boa estadia, qualidade/preço.
Limpeza impecável, boas condições de apartamento bons equipamentos.

Anfitrião simpática e muito prestável.

Casa Negril is in a great area. Close to the beaches and shops and restaurants. The house is lovely and had loads of space and the kitchens were well equipped to cook meals on the nights we wanted to stay in. And the outdoor space was such a bonus! Beautiful views across the rooftops and beach.
We had a couple of small issues which the company sorted very quickly for us. They were so helpful.
We went with our two grown up kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is great but is on three floors with steep stairs which might not be suitable for very small children.
We had a fabulous holiday and will be booking with this company again.

I booked this Villa for a week from 1st-8th August 2026 together with my children and grandchildren. Despite what they state the Villa is not fully checked and inspected before arrival.
In our case the side entrance was not secure which lead to two intrusions on two separate occasions. The last one at 5.00am in the morning when a black male trying to enter my bedroom in a very aggressive manner.
As I told the owners thankfully it was my bedroom that the intruder tried to enter and not one of my grand kids who were never the less traumatised by the whole event.
The Villa is located virtually on The Strip and easily accessible to all sorts and types of people. I explained all this to the back up team stating surely the most important issue for all guests is their safety and I am afraid this Villa is not safe.
I am confident the reply will be that they addressed all these issues but if you are looking for a safe environment do not stay at Villa Sapphire.
There were other issues but if you pay over £9,500 you surely should expect to at least feel safe!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location was excellent—perfectly situated and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The villa itself had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The pool was lovely and added an extra touch to our stay, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was also a fantastic villa for all ages, with something to suit everyone. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into providing everything guests might need. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything went according the expectation...
The only thing that I didn't like was de complex process of getting 10 ID docs into the reservation site.

Great location, private parking with security/private gates. Swimming pool was a win as we vacationed with kids. Villa was very spacious. In the mornings we’d walk (20min) to hike (beautiful hiking views) next to the beach area.
Any questions we had for the villa, communication was excellent! Very pleased with this choice!

We stayed 11 nights at a villa near Faro this summer with our family. The house itself was lovely and the location was excellent — genuinely, we had a great holiday and I want to say that up front.

A week after checkout we were told €199 of our €400 breakage deposit was being kept for an outdoor rattan chair that gave way while someone was sitting on it. No warning, no conversation, just an email with photos.

What bothers me isn't the money — it's about 1% of what we paid. It's how the dispute was handled. Nobody met us at check-in or walked us through the property, so we had no chance to flag anything on arrival. An identical chair sells new for a fraction of what we were charged. I asked to see the pre-arrival inspection report they say proves the chair was fine, and I never got it. I asked to speak to the property manager and was refused. Within days the answer was simply "final decision."

We've rented plenty of places in Portugal and never run into this. Read the recent reviews before you book — we wish we had.

Bad experience with this company. We rented a house. It was surely not what they adverted on the internet, but ok, probably every company does this... (?)
Alarm did not work, and by sheer coincidence, there was a break-in by someone who had a key. They couldn't care less... Very rude, not helpful. Will never again rent with these people.

Tranquility vacations

We recently stayed at the Villa Seven Seas, Armacao de Pera, the villa is advertised on a number of platforms as a luxury, sophisticated and elegant villa, not a dated and tired villa as is, although evidently recently painted.
We were a party of 9 and required an additional bed. Unfortunately the central leg on the camp bed would not lock in position and collapsed, maintenance men attended their solution use the other 3 spare mattresses to elevate the bed from the floor. The crockery was mismatched and dirty on arrival, bed covers were stained and towels dirty.
The bathroom door to the first floor would not close, although rectified same day. Other bathroom/toilet doors had no working locks. The toilet to the lower ground floor became very smelly. The smell of drains was evident most days.
There were no sunbeds, we located them in a storage cupboard all were unusable and broken, replacement sunbeds eventually arrived on the Wednesday, 5 days into our holiday, these were delivered to the front door on the ground floor. We had to carry them downstairs to the pool area and unpack them.
The kitchen sink backed up the first day of our stay and drained very slowly, not a problem as we could use the dishwasher. Unfortunately the dishwasher discharged into the kitchen. This was reported and a maintenance guy attended. A plunger was used and the sink trap was changed, on leaving I asked whether we could use the dishwasher and advised all was okay. The sink continued to back up and drain slowly and on using the dishwasher again the same occurred, we checked the external drain which was dry indicating the issue to be internal. So we continued with our regular mop and bucket routine. At the end of our stay another maintenance man attended used a plunger and rodded the kitchen pipes who then informed us the problems was outside rather than in.
The outside drain regularly backed up causing grey water to overflow onto the front drive, regularly shower water and soap suds were evident, the drain cannot cope with the number of showers and volume of water. We also noted some tissue in the drains and believe the drains back up from the road, the adjacent properties are higher and any external blockage will result in water/waste backing up to the property.
The relatively new shower on the first floor has a glass shelf, this fell off the first time it was used, although the fitting is fixed to the wall the shelf itself sits in 2 lugs and is not secure. Fortunately, the shelf did not break neither did it cause any injury although remains a risk.
In general, the furniture is quite dated, although the sofas in the lounge were relatively new, unfortunately this only provided seating for 5 although we were a party of 9. There was also insufficient seating in the kitchen dining area, which was also very cramped. We attempted to dine in one evening unfortunately there is insufficient lighting in the alfresco dining area. We did report this issue and a gentlemen attended who changed one light bulb by the patio doors and directed him toward the patio table on the decking area his comment “I am not a magician”. There are numerous outdoor areas, a balcony to the lounge although no furniture to be able to use. The roof solarium is a lovely space but again no furniture.
The pool area is generally tired and poorly maintained. The floor tiling is dirty, there are numerous cracks and many loose tiles, these are hazardous and can cause injury, as they did. The adjoining decking area is also very tired with raised screw heads, numerous cracks and prone to splinters, one such splinter also caused infection. There are numerous missing tiles at the bottom of the pool and around the side, the exposed tiling above the water does not appear to have been cleaned for some time as there is evidence of limescale and scum.
Maintenance, the pool was cleaned once during our stay only after we had asked, the water level had fallen below the level of the filters and there was no visible testing of the water quality. The pool was vacummed, a bucket of chemicals added, and a hose pipe to top off, the gentleman then left requesting us to turn the hose off and put it away and that the pool could not be used for an hour.
Use of the pool did cause ear infections and incurred costs for medical care.
Generally a poor experience, only plus a great location.

I do not normally resort to reviews however left with little option as e mails are ignored and unanswered.

I would not recommend this company or this villa based on our experience.

From the moment we arrived, there was an extremely strong sewage-like smell throughout the property, particularly in all three bathrooms. Within around 15 minutes of arriving, both downstairs toilets flooded after being flushed. We contacted the company in the morning as we arrived late, but nobody attended for over a day, leaving us to mop up the flooding ourselves. When maintenance eventually came, we were told that this was a recurring problem and that they had been called out to the property multiple times before. Even after the work was carried out, the smell returned within hours, and the attic bathroom was so bad that we could barely use it. We also reported that the attic shower was not working properly, but this was never resolved.

One of our biggest disappointments was how different the villa looked compared with the photographs used to advertise it. Had we seen accurate, up-to-date photographs showing the villa in its actual condition, we would never have booked it or paid the amount of money we did. In our opinion, the photographs were very misleading and the villa was not value for money.

The property was dated and poorly maintained, with stains on the sofa, marks on walls, dirty doors, folded beds stored around the property and numerous spare dining chairs lined up in the living room. The kitchen was very basic, the outdoor decking was dirty and the games room was in a garage that was too small to properly play snooker because there was not enough room around the table. There was even an empty beer bottle left there from previous guests.

The cleanliness was also disappointing. Cutlery had marks on it and needed washed before use, several glasses were chipped or cracked, and there were an excessive number of flies throughout the villa despite us keeping windows and doors closed.

The swimming pool was only partially filled when we arrived, despite the photographs showing a full pool. We were actually asked to put the hose into the pool and fill it ourselves so that we could use it.

We specifically booked a villa because we intended to spend the majority of our holiday relaxing there and using the pool and facilities. Instead, because of the smell and condition of the property, we actively avoided spending time there and ended up spending considerably more money going out than we had planned. This completely defeated the purpose of paying for a villa of this size and price.

On our final day, we had to leave the villa at 10am for cleaning. We asked whether our luggage could remain there until our airport transfer at 5:20pm but were told this was not possible. We were instead taken to a luggage storage location where each member of our group had to pay €15 to store their cases.

We raised all of these concerns with the company and asked them to consider compensation. Despite the number of problems we experienced and the disruption to our holiday, they refused to offer any financial compensation.

To make matters worse, around two weeks after our holiday we were contacted asking us to pay approximately £170 for allegedly damaged chair. We completely dispute this, as the chairs in question were already damaged when we arrived at the villa. After everything we had already raised about the condition and maintenance of the property, receiving a request for further money for damage that was already there was extremely disappointing.

Overall, we paid a significant amount of money based on the way this villa was advertised and did not receive anything close to the standard we expected. We spent far too much of our holiday reporting problems, waiting for maintenance and trying to avoid being in the property.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.

Amazing experience. I highly recommend the team

We stayed a week in what could have been a stunning apartment. Sadly it was not. The staff insisted we visit an office around 10pm in Albuferia (a 10 mile detour) to get the keys for the apartment in Portimao and failed to put the keys in the lockbox. A rep then met us on arrival even though we had been told this wasn't possible. The apartments tiled floor was dirty and a floor to ceiling balcony door in one bedroom was broken on arrival. No effort was made to get it replaced or to tape it to make it safe. One set of sliding doors (that accessed a balcony from the lounge) wouldn't open. The apartment and balcony had cracked and crumbling masonry. The beds were of poor quality and the mattresses too hard. There was a single thin pillow per person. After repeatedly be told we would hear from management, they failed to contact us. The impression is that they simply do not care about their clients and are only focused on your money. The only saving grace was the excellent location and view from the balcony.

This was a lovely house to stay at! The house was immaculately clean and looked exactly like the photos. There was extra towels and linen which is always helpful. It is surrounded by a well kept garden with lots of fruit trees. The pool was amazing and very private.
It was lovely and peaceful to look out over the countryside from the balcony in the evenings. The house is situated a few minutes outside of any towns but it is very easy to get Ubers and food delivered. There is multiple waterparks, play centres and restaurants within a short distance.
We would definitely stay again! It was all perfect.

Unfortunately, the property was not of an acceptable standard or suitable for 14 people. We experienced numerous issues including an inadequate kitchen with only one usable socket, dirt under mattresses, condom wrappers left at the property, unpleasant smells and blocked drains, leaking toilet and fridge, a broken shower screen, one shower not working, and a bedroom blind that would not close. There were also safety concerns including uneven steps which caused children to fall and a front gate that did not lock. The pool area had no usable shade, the only parasol was broken, the pool was not properly cleaned and there was a dead bird in the filtration area. The pool table was also broken and did not reflect the listing photographs. We raised numerous issues during our stay, but overall the condition and standard of the property fell significantly below what we expected.
