This is the worst company. DO NOT order. They will not return any e-mails, phone calls. Zero customer service

NEVER buy from this company again!!!!! Bought an airsoft pistol from then two weeks ago, along with other accessories, spent over $180 and come to found out they sent me a defective magazine!!!! Tried contacting them numerous times, email, chat and phone and no response.... I was lucky enough to get an email back with a return process for both my lazer I had bought(which doesn’t fit) and my defective magazine. BUT nothing yet and it has been over a week!!!!! I’m 100% disputing this charge with my bank and getting a refund!!! Disgusted!!! On top of everything I wrote a bad review for the weapon and the company and seconds later they took the review down!!!!!

Super disappointed with this merchant and I have to echo the many customers who got poor or zero customer support.

It's a month after my Christmas purchase for my son and I have no response from Megastore. Tried contacting them by phone, email, and their chat system. No one answers.

I have zero recourse to fix the issue with the airgun we purchased and it will only cost me additional money to return it.

Just not a good company and they definitely do not live up to their claims of providing customer service.

Ordered a airsoft gun from them for Christmas. Fired maybe 20 shots with it and now it will not fire, something with the spring broke. I have tried contacting them a bunch of times, left messages sent emails no response at all. Now their voice mail says it is full, I am guessing its full from other complaints. Disputing the charge through my bank. Do not order from them because if you have an issue with the product you will not get any support.

They sent me a broken airsoft rifle 1 day before Christmas, I placed the order at the beginning of December. This was my sons Christmas gift, I have called everyday, emailed everyday and tried live chat, no answer, no reply and no live chat.

We got the gun that we ordered fine. The one star is for the customer service or lack there of. My husband and I made several attempts to contact them via phone calls, vido chat and emails, several of each, to no avail. We could never get ahold of anyone and never got a response back. Thankfully the gun we got worked fine, but don't know what would happen, if anything, if it didn't. The other thing that is annoying is they always advertise all these sales but it never seems to apply to any guns that you want to buy. Seems a very small few that the sales apply to. I never came across any.

Was sent an airsoft gun that was dead on arrival. Sent 3 emails for return service and never got a response

Scam website. Overcharges for UPS postage and then ships via USPS. When I asked them, they claimed they were the same company.

They make you pay for a return on a gun that doesn't work

I’ve made 4 orders in total and received my orders in 2 days on each order. I had an issue with ordering on my iPhone but called and got it fixed straight away. My orders were correct every time and I received an extra gift (Knee pads, Pistol, Extra ammo, bracelet).

I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I definitely recommend.

Bought a Lancer Tactical AEG and battery was bad so I called to get replacement and bought smart charger. After reading some bad customer reviews, I was surprised I actually got to talk to someone. But this was the last and only time. When I got my replacement and the smart charger, this battery was bad as well but could not get through to explain and ask for a replacement. I am a combat vet and not a whiner etc. Company would not answer the phone after the first time I called for customer service. This company should be out of business if it isn't already. Seriously, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You'll seriously regret your decision.

Had a problem with my order that caused me to contact CS and within an hour I was helped by MULE who did a fantastic job

Good service and quality. The customer service gets better than before, and will response all my questions within one day. Just ignore the negative review.

Takes way to long to ship and deliver. Customer service is ok but is oftentimes weighed out when the actual service sucks

I recently bought some items for my nephews & spent over 300+ on airsoft products for them. Airsoft Megastore has the best customer service. I called in to check the status of my order & they were very helpful & informed me when my tracking with be available. I called again when I received my order & again i received good customer service, I called in for battery recommendations. Airsoft Megastore has the best lowest prices & a very friendly customer service. I would recommend to buying airsoft products HERE!!! You won't be disappointed. BEST DEALS, BEST PRICES, BEST EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a 330+ gun and it arrived in a standard amount of time all working and all. haven't had any problems with customer support. I have read some of the other reviews and it's mostly little kids breaking their guns bc they have no idea how to use the gun. and to the people saying their attachments didn't fit their gun that's ur fault u bought the wrong attachments and blaming it on the store. Also if u call like 500 times, of course, they're not going to take ur call. If u pick up the phone and just start complaining right off the bat their not going to want to help you. Just be calm when you talk to someone and if they don't pick up try different numbers and try the email( email takes longer tho). These losers that broke their gun in the first hour or so definitely did something stupid to cause the gun to break. It doesn't just stop u did something so that it wouldn't work. Just trying to stop dumb people from taking away business from a good company

There's alot of negative reviews regarding airsoftmegastore.com. Quite frankly, i'm surprised because I was A) order to get my tracking number, B) contact Customer Service on the 1st call and C) return my merchandise without incident.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience was so seamless, after reading all these reviews, these are just the bad incidents out of many good ones that may happen from time to time, or idk, I can only speak about my experience....

I bought a g&g raider cm16 after reading a couple of reviews, but after receiving it, I actually found one for cheaper, I called to see if they would price match and return the difference to me, they said they couldn't, no big, policy or what have you- I asked if I could return it, they paid the shipping and I got my money back minus a restocking fee. I bought the cheaper one- anyhow, they gave me a promo code for a free BB bag , were genuine and I guess all I can really say is, if you get ahold of them they're very helpful, I personally can't say a bad thing about them until I have a bad day like ya'll's... thanks AMS
