Niqui was great at keeping me informed about my order, and when the shipment got lost in transit she simply offered to send a replacement and new shipping info. Great customer service!

When making videos, would be helpful to have a bit more time to prepare. Maybe add countdown beeps so I know when the video starts, and when it ends. Watching screen, hands, feet, etc. to much to do in too little time.

I purchased the Golf Daddy No Ball simulator because I had a terrible round of golf a few days before a tournament. After being creative in setting up space where I could swing and not hit furniture or ceiling fans, I began using it. Niqui and Mark. I had questions about some of its features or what I thought may be features, like viewing the videos of me executing the shots, after my practice. I reached out to customer service via text on a Sunday and received responses from Niqui on Sunday and Mark on Monday. Both were extremely helpful. I love the equipment and the customer service. I highly recommend the equipment and the company.

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and and it was rectified amd communicated back within 30 minutes.

The order shipped quickly. The packaging is very presentable. I bought it for my boyfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the ceiling clearance but the return process was easy and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend for any golfer! He was bummed but the intent was for indoor use even though it could be used outdoor as well.

I broke my arm after ordering the Golf at Home. I requested a return because it was of no use to me. I had requested a return for the Golf at Home product. I was contacted by Mark in Product Support. He described other options that I could consider. In the end I decided to stick with the return and Mark started the return process. Several days later I decided I wanted to keep the product. I emailed Mark and told him to cancel the return. He also gave me a $25 dollar refund for deciding to cancel my return request. Mark was knowledgeable about the process and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Golf Daddy. Although, it was not exactly what my son and I were looking for, I did have very good graphics and great looking golf courses.
We decided to return the Golf Daddy. I clicked on the refund button and was sent right away to Coach Mark. Coach made the whole return process so easy. I had several questions and of course they were not at the same time. Mark answered each question quickly and professionally. I will definitely continue to watch out for all Benchmark products and tell all my golf friends about Benchmark products and how GREAT I was treated by Benchmark representative Mark. Thank you,

Mark helped me out. A part of the bracket that holds the cell phone. What's missing a piece? And he shipped out a brand new tripod to replace. Just that little bracket . So far so good on customer service.
