I needed help with a return/refund issue and coach Mark assisted me. He was very helpful and responsive and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Great customer service!

So this review is different than most. I actually returned the Golf Daddy because it didn't work for me. I soon realized I prefer to work out my issues on the course rather than via a simulator. Seemed like a super great product, just wasn't for me. It came well packaged, easy to set up but again, its not what I needed so I started the refund process. This went very smoothly, I requested the refund, they tried to offer me incentives but again, It wasnt for me. They me instructions and a mailing label. All easy to follow, sent the product back and they are now in the full refund process. Mark was especially easy to work with. What does all this mean, well, its a product that would work for most and if it doesn't, that is okay as well. They can be trusted to do what is best for you. I highly recommend Golf Daddy based on the customer service and peace of mind they offer you.

I purchased a golf simulator for my husband for Father’s Day. While he appreciated the thought he didn’t think we had high enough ceilings for him to take a swing to actually use it. I followed Golf Daddy’s return protocol, printed the USPS prepaid return label and shipped it at my local post office.

Coach Mark worked quickly and kindly with me during the process and I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service!!!

Processing and Returning items
Just wanted to let customers know of a very kind and helpful person, that helped me with my process of returning items that I couldn’t use, due to the phone we have. Coach Nikki has been amazing, and processed my refund before the item was even sent back!
Also the golf daddy system is amazing, and I completely love how it works.

The marketing team at Golf Daddy should be making $3 billion. This is by far the worst product I have ever owned. Not just golf products either. Out of all the products I have ever bought. This is the worst.
I don’t know if it’s the app, the hitting mat, or a mix of the two, but it is not even remotely accurate. You might as well ignore the distances all together, a perfectly good 9 iron shot registered anywhere from 30yds to 150yds. I used the hitting mat for maybe 30 shots and it’s already falling apart. You have to mess with the app and mat position for 10 minutes before it’s in the right spot. Just when you think you got it right, BOOM “low light detected”. You finally get a swing off, I wonder where the shot went? Idk sit here for 2 minutes while we load it. Nope still not even close to accurate.
It’s only $100 but you might as well just throw the $100 straight in the trash, at least you won’t get your hopes up that way.
We’ll see how well customer service handles the return, but based on other comments around the internet I don’t have high hopes.

Coach Mark went above and beyond to resolve my refund issue. I couldnt have asked for or gotten the excellent service he provided.

Customer service was great when there was a glitch in the system! They were prompt and solved my issue anyway.

Coach Mark was wonderful, incredibly communicative and helpful to work with! He was very responsive and professional in helping resolve our challenge.

My husband got a Golf Daddy for his birthday and one of the few times he’s used it so far, it ripped. Coach Nikki was super quick to respond and send us a replacement, which was great! We’re still figuring out how to use it as the app doesn’t seem to consistently recognize the pad, but hoping that it’ll be easier with the new pad.

Smooth and clear process return with Mark. Great communication . Would like to purchase again once we have the right space for it

It took a while to decipher the return process but once that was out of the way.. it went smoothly.

I ordered this for my husband for Father's Day. It never arrived. The shipping information has said "out for delivery" since 6/1/26. Today is 7/8/26. I have put in 3 separate help requests. They're all marked as completed without even an email being sent. The customer service from this company is horrific. Literally stole over $100 from me and won't even pretend they care.

I was extremely disappointed with both this product and the customer service I received.

Shortly after receiving the product, I contacted GolfDaddy because the app did not perform as expected, making the product largely unusable for its intended purpose. I requested to return it within the return period, but instead of a straightforward return process I was asked to complete a number of additional steps before being given a return address. Unfortunately, due to personal family circumstances I was unable to complete those steps at the time.

Months later, when I attempted to use the product again, the tripod mechanism failed during normal use. I contacted customer support again, explaining both the original app issues and the broken tripod.

Although they acknowledged my dissatisfaction, they refused to offer a refund because they said the order was now outside their 30-day return period. Their only solution was to send a replacement tripod, despite my original complaint always being that the app made the product unusable.

My experience is that the company is more focused on adhering to its policies than resolving legitimate customer dissatisfaction. I appreciate that businesses need policies, but I don’t believe enough consideration was given to the fact that I raised my concerns shortly after receiving the product.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the after-sales support.

Although my package was lost, Coach Mark was prompt to respond, fix the issue and reship one to get it to me on time. I know my boyfriend will love it!
