I ordered the simulator mat as a Father's Day gift for my golf enthusiast dad. Unfortunately, due to ceiling fans and furniture, he was not able to use it. The team at Golf Daddy, especially Coach Mark, were very easy to work with on a return and my refund was quickly processed. I can't speak to the actual product, but the customer service was great.

I ordered Golf Daddy for my husband's 80th birthday. I thought it would be great for him to play golf in the air-conditioned house instead of the Texas heat.
I neglected to see the version of IPhones supported by the Golf Daddy app.

Shipping was timely. Support has been great. I think they could better emphasize the need for good quality lighting in their marketing materials. I believe that is what is delaying setup for me so I will try to install the inexpensive lights I got yesterday and see if that fixes the issue.

Coach Nikki was a tremendous help in helping my wife and I make an informed decision on the purchase of a golf simulator. Her insight and experience were invaluable in providing informed information to help us in our purchase. She was a very responsive communicator and was able to breakdown the pros and cons of different systems, helping my wife get comfortable with her purchase.

We received the product but the tripod unfortunately broke on the first use. We are not sure why, but I contacted Golf Daddy and Mark was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem and he expedited a new tripod to us. I had to return an item, put ceilings aren’t high enough, so no fault of the product. The agent ( Mark) was excellent and efficient. Made the return process straightforward. It is the fastest refund I have ever experienced as an online shopper.
