I had received the product and it turned out not to be what I expected and requested a refund. I worked closely with Mark who was remarkable to work with! Everything was quick and easy and I got my return label and response with refund very quickly! Great customer service!

I had to return the item, but it was through no fault of the product itself—my husband simply decided he didn't want it. The return process was easy, thanks to Coach Mark. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do for a free, hassle-free return. My refund was processed quickly as well. Excellent customer service from Mark!

Returns take a long time. Too many people to go thru before getting the code .

I am going to echo what many have said about this product. Concept is great. Execution is awful. The issue is the app (IOS). It freezes and is very slow to "process a shot" if you can even get that far. It is inconsistently buggy in that it freezes at different points - you never know when or where it is going to freeze, but trust me - it will freeze and you will have no option but to shut down your phone and restart. My wife was so happy when she gave this to me for Fathers Day since she thought I would really enjoy it; I don't have the heart to tell her I hate it. It's all because of the app and the apparent lack of a robust testing approach. Now I have to find excuses to tell her why I am not using it. Terrible, terrible product.

Upon purchase of product, the address of delivery accidentally got modified to a location I no longer had access too. Fortunately or Unfortunately, GolfDaddy distributor was so quick to deliver we could not cancel the order before it was shipped. After some initial confusion, I was connected with Coach Nikki whom was helpful and understanding to the situation and was quick to resolve with a full refund of product cost and shipping cost. In addition I purchased another one of the Golfdaddy products to the correct address and that showed up earlier than anticipated in time for a great Father's day gift.

I think you have a fabulous product and I’m so happy to see that you’ve come to market with it. I returned my unit only because my friend gave me a gift at a facility that mimics what your product does.

Great timing, communication, and pricing.

I accidently put in my old shipping address & using the chat bot I was able to easily have my information updated correctly (within a couple hours) and Coach Nikki msged me confirming the change. Great customer service

Normally I wouldn’t expect fast, easy return service but this return process has been an eye opener.
There are companies that even though you’re returning their product they treated me with 5 star professionalism!! Thumbs up

Don't order from this company!! I ordered the golf simulator for my dad for Father's Day, it was supposed to be out for delivery on Friday as I paid for Rush shipping. Friday came and went no package, Saturday came and went no package, Sunday came and went no package fast forward to Wednesday....still no package and I can't get an answer about when will be delivered or talk to a live person about it at all. This company is awful with customer service and I would highly recommend buying from someplace else.

I have had great experience and I will order items in the future hopefully my husband already purchased LOL

Ordered the Golf Daddy for my husband for Father’s Day. Placed the order early May to allow plenty of time for arrival which it arrived quickly! Gave it to my husband on Father’s Day and he opened it and there was a piece broken on the phone holder attachment. Sent an email in to get that part replaced and Coach Nikki responded promptly and processed a quick replacement. Just waiting for the part to come so my husband (and my of course our kiddos want to give it a try too) can try it out!
