Got this as a gift and was excited UNTIL......The tripod did not allow the phone to tilt down as instructed.
Then the app is so glitch I get to swing once every 5 or 6 attempts. The concept is awesome BUT THIS IS NOT WORTH 1 PENNY at this stage.
DO NOT PURCHASE IS MY SUGGESTION.

The communication with this company is the fastest I ever experiences. There was a little issue we had and bam, they were all over it and sending another part. I love it. I wish all companies were as compassionate about their customers! Mahalo!

I made a mistake when ordering a gift for my father and entered the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, Golf Daddy was so efficient and quick to ship the order that there wasn't enough time to change the address before the package left their facility.

Coach Nikki and Coach Mark communicated with me immediately, explained the situation, and did everything they could to help. Even though the shipping issue was ultimately caused by my mistake, they went far above and beyond what I expected. To make sure my father received his gift, they shipped another unit directly to him.

In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, Golf Daddy delivered the exact opposite experience. Coach Nikki and Coach Mark treated me like a valued customer, communicated every step of the way, and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

I purchased Golf Daddy as a Father’s Day gift for my dad, who is a lifelong golfer, and unfortunately I’m extremely disappointed.

The concept is great, but the app is what makes this product frustrating to use. It feels very bare-bones and lacks many of the features I expected for a product in this price range. There is virtually no audio feedback, no encouraging prompts, no explanation of good vs. bad swings, and no interactive elements that would make the experience engaging.

The swing detection is also inconsistent. The mat frequently loses detection or struggles to register properly, making gameplay frustrating rather than fun. For older users, the app is especially difficult because you have to constantly look down at your phone for information instead of receiving clear feedback through sound or an easier-to-read interface.

I paid around $100 for this and honestly expected a much more polished experience. My dad loves golf and I was excited to give him something he could enjoy regularly, but the app feels unfinished and not user-friendly. If you’re considering buying this, understand that the hardware concept may be interesting, but the app experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall, this was not worth the price for us, and I regret the purchase.

If I could give a zero I would. I haven’t even opened the box. My issue is that I want to return the purchase. My husband didn’t want it. I went through the return process and their website said it was approved and the return information was sent to my email. But it wasn’t. I never received the email. So I have sent multiple emails and chats to try to get this resolved with no solution. It would be helpful if they had the return information in your account in the website but they don’t. If you have the slightest chance you might return do not buy this.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience with **Golf Daddy**, and I want to share this so no one else has to go through the same headache.
Here is exactly what happened:
* **May 22nd:** I purchased their product. This is a father's day gift for my wonderful husband.
* **Delivery & Setup:** The product arrived, but once I set everything up and downloaded the app, **it did not work correctly.**
* **The Ghosting Begins:** I reached out to customer support multiple times and opened multiple tickets trying to get the app working. **Zero feedback. Zero support.**
* **The Return Process:** Because it didn't work, I requested a return. The return was allegedly **approved**, but I never received the required confirmation email with instructions.
* **Checking Everywhere:** I have meticulously checked my Inbox, Junk, Spam, Deleted, and every other folder—nothing is there.
* **More Silence:** I opened *even more* support tickets to ask for the confirmation email to be resent. Still, absolutely **no response** from the company.
At this point, I am stuck with a product that doesn't work and a company that completely ignores its customers once they have your money.
If you are thinking about buying from Golf Daddy, please know that **you should not expect any customer support if something goes wrong.** Save yourself the money and the absolute frustration.

She resolved my issues immediately once she was assigned my file. I was so frustrated has I had submitted multiple requests to return the package

I placed an order for the indoor practice package and it was filled and shipped quickly. Unfortunately the package was mis-delivered by the Post Office. Working with Coach Nikki and Coach Mark, who were very responsive, we were able to solve my dilemma. I am happy with the high level of service and the product itself great.

So far so good. Impressed with the responsiveness of emails back,

I had to contact customer service because after one day and 50 swings it’s come apart. But Coach Mark was so great and reassured me that if a defect happens and it affects the program, they will send me a new pad at no cost. Great customer service quick response very happy.

Coach Mark from the customer support team was 10/10. I emailed regarding a shipping question I had, and within a few business hours, I had confirmation about the delivery date (before Father’s Day!) and a proactive refund for my shipping costs due to an initial confusing communication message on their end (not from Coach Mark).

He was polite, professional and addressed my concern, all of which makes me feel confident that Golf Daddy will deliver on their word.

Coach Mark is responsive, attentive, and has great customer service. My delivery was lost or stolen and he sent out a new delivery for me quickly, hoping it arrives by Father’s Day. Thank you, Mark!

Super disappointing!! Bought the Golf Daddy simulator as a gift for my golf-loving boyfriend and it has never worked, not once. The app won’t pick up swings, gets stuck on “Processing,” and constantly says it can’t detect the mat even when it’s perfectly in place. I tried two phones and multiple setups with no luck.
I requested a refund and return label since the product was defective out of the box, and I’ve heard nothing back. Even the website to submit the returns is defective. Based on other reviews, this seems like a common issue, not a fluke. Would not recommend.​​​​​​​​​​

Coach Mark from customer service worked quickly to resolve my issue. Him and his team stayed in contact and tried to make things right by ensuring I was happy in the end.

Ordered one for my husband and later one for our son-in-law. Hadn’t received the codes for the first order and didn’t realize until I received it for the second order. Sent an email and within a few minutes Coach Mark had re-sent both codes. Very pleased so far!

Coach Mark was very responsive to my email about needing a shipping address changed! I appreciated him helping me with this!
