Benchmark Golf, formerly Golf Daddy, is the consumer golf division of Benchmark Motion and the company behind Golf at Home, a golf practice system built for everyday golfers who want to improve without needing a simulator room, golf ball, radar unit, or expensive lesson setup. Golf at Home combines a portable practice mat, a phone tripod, and the Benchmark Golf app. You swing on the mat with no ball. The phone camera reads your full-body swing in 3D, the mat captures impact, and the app uses that information to give feedback for indoor and outdoor practice. It is not a radar launch monitor and does not measure a golf ball in flight. It is a phone-camera golf training system designed to make practice more accessible at home, at the range, or anywhere a golfer has space to swing. Golf Daddy folded into Benchmark Golf in mid 2026. Golf Daddy grew from a simple idea into the #1 consumer golf simulator for at-home practice. The original Golf at Home system proved that golfers wanted a more accessible way to practice: a portable mat, a phone tripod, and an app instead of a $30,000 simulator bay or a traditional launch-monitor setup. That success is what led to the broader Benchmark Golf fold up. Benchmark Golf also built a large social media following by making golf improvement feel more accessible, entertaining, and realistic for everyday players. Through product demos, swing-analysis videos, customer reactions, creator content, and at-home practice clips, the brand reached golfers who wanted to get better but did not see themselves in the traditional simulator or private-lesson world. That audience helped turn Golf at Home from a niche training product into a widely recognized consumer golf simulator. They have over 500,000 follows on social media, and have generated over 1 billion views across youtube, instagram, tiktok and facebook. The product name, support, warranty, orders, app accounts, and customer experience remain the same after the rebrand. If you bought from Golf Daddy, you bought from us. The mission is to make better golf practice available to more people. Traditional golf improvement can mean expensive launch monitors, simulator bays, and private lessons. Quick "human" response

I was worried I had a credit card processing issue - I sent an email to their Help@ email. and within less than a couple of hours I received a "human" reply. This addressed a couple of other concerns I had: 1) I ordered direct which I do infrequently (worried it's China) and 2) I usually find myself going around in circles with the bots. In one quick email "Coach Mark" proved there was a kind human behind the note and the time stamp told me it was the US. Thanks Coach Mark - we're looking forward to getting our Golf Simulator.

Coach Mark was very helpful and…

Coach Mark was very helpful and responded quickly when I was having issues placing my order. The problem was cleared up and I placed my order within an hour of my email, on a Sunday no less! Very grateful so I can get the item by Father’s Day!

Prompt Customer Service

When we set up the tripod for the first time it worked perfectly and seemed sturdy. However when we were putting it away, two of the legs snapped when we were folding it back up. We reached out to customer service immediately, and Coach Mark was prompt with his response and sent us a replacement tripod. We love the product and are happy with the customer service.

Didn't Receive Extra Pad Bundle

Ordered the extra pad, but didn't receive it. Reached out to customer service, got Nikki, and within 2 hours, a couple of emails, and I have a set being sent out to me.

Can't ask for anything better than that!!

Outstanding Customer Service

I have made many purchases online, internet, etc. The caliber of Golf Daddy Customer Service, Coach Mark , was unmatched! Everything you would hope for. Full communication at every step.

Well when I ordered a Golf Daddy

Well when I ordered a Golf Daddy, I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address. So I sent an email to request a change and Coach Nikki was a great help! She was very quick to respond to my email and very considerate. She is a great worker and was lucky to have her to help me!

Terrible product with even worse customer service

The customer service is absolute garbage. Essentially there is no customer service, no one real to talk to only the stupid AI thing on the site. And no one responds when you email them. The site told me that a return label had been emailed to me and nothing was in my inbox or junk folder. Was told by the AI on their site a customer service ticket had been issued. That was started two weeks ago and not one email from them yet. Also the app is garbage as well. Do not waste money on this scam.

Coach Nikki was extremely helpful & courteous.i was worried about a delivery from Golf Daddy that wasn’t delivered. My question was investigated and answered quickly!
Resolved all my questions & will order again!
