Benchmark Golf, formerly Golf Daddy, is the consumer golf division of Benchmark Motion and the company behind Golf at Home, a golf practice system built for everyday golfers who want to improve without needing a simulator room, golf ball, radar unit, or expensive lesson setup. Golf at Home combines a portable practice mat, a phone tripod, and the Benchmark Golf app. You swing on the mat with no ball. The phone camera reads your full-body swing in 3D, the mat captures impact, and the app uses that information to give feedback for indoor and outdoor practice. It is not a radar launch monitor and does not measure a golf ball in flight. It is a phone-camera golf training system designed to make practice more accessible at home, at the range, or anywhere a golfer has space to swing. Golf Daddy folded into Benchmark Golf in mid 2026. Golf Daddy grew from a simple idea into the #1 consumer golf simulator for at-home practice. The original Golf at Home system proved that golfers wanted a more accessible way to practice: a portable mat, a phone tripod, and an app instead of a $30,000 simulator bay or a traditional launch-monitor setup. That success is what led to the broader Benchmark Golf fold up. Benchmark Golf also built a large social media following by making golf improvement feel more accessible, entertaining, and realistic for everyday players. Through product demos, swing-analysis videos, customer reactions, creator content, and at-home practice clips, the brand reached golfers who wanted to get better but did not see themselves in the traditional simulator or private-lesson world. That audience helped turn Golf at Home from a niche training product into a widely recognized consumer golf simulator. They have over 500,000 follows on social media, and have generated over 1 billion views across youtube, instagram, tiktok and facebook. Great customer service with coach mark.

Well i ordered this as a birthday present, expecting it to be here before then, coach mark explained that they only do shipping on weekdays, Coach mark really helped me see the delivery process a bit more clearly thanks coach mark.

Coach Mark has been extremely helpful…

Coach Mark has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting and resolving the issues I was having. I don't think I've ever had someone reply to emails related to this so promptly and for that I am very grateful. Mark you have exceeded my expectations and I know you will go far in what you do! Again, thank you so much!

I have had to reach out to the support…

I have had to reach out to the support team a couple times (due to my error) and they have been so wonderful to deal with. Coach Mark and coach Nikki both responded immediately and resolved my issue. It has been nice to deal with a “person”! Thank you so much!!

Coach Mark at golf daddy was a great…

Coach Mark at golf daddy was a great help in getting my order to me quickly and correct. He was able to get the carrier straight as they had a problem finding my address. I have the system now and I love it so far. Thanks for your help Coach Mark. The golf daddy system is easy to setup and give great feedback on your golf swing

Excellent Customer Service

I reached out to Golf Daddy regarding an issue with our tripod. I was contacted quickly and the issue was resolved immediately. We were back to swinging away this afternoon. Coach Mark made the process easy and effortless on my part. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service that was provided.

Not what we wanted but what a professional approach

I bought two of the products but it didn't really do what we needed it to do, but the company was awesome about respecting our misunderstanding of the product and coach mark helped us step by step to return the product. We will watch the process of their evolution for the future but we do want to express our appreciation to coach mark and his help.

Coach Nikki saved it

Their automated customer service chat bot confirmed a shipping address change with me, but the shipping address was input incorrectly on their end and my package ended up in another state. However, Coach Nikki assisted in a swift and effective manner in order to correct the error!

It was touch and go for a while

It was touch and go for a while. I think the problem was a shared one between us. I Couldn't get anywhere with online chat (AI) but, once we made phone contact everything went smoothly. Thanks for your quick resolution.
