PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!! ALMOST 1K SPENT ON A JUNK RIFLE, AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE BACK IN OVER A WEEK AS OF TODAY!!

As another poster said, i wiah i could leave zero or negative rating!!! Beyond disappointed!! Waste of money for sure!! Ordered the Custom Infamous Angel - Lancer Tactical Gen 4 L119A2 M4 Full Metal Airsoft Rifle - (Tan/Black) This package was 849.00!! They called me the day after i ordered it and said they didn't have that exact rifle, only black, despite it showing in stock! I said go ahead and send black as long as its exactly what is included in my original order, all externals and internal parts. He said it was, so I said sure, send the black one. Next morning, and throughout the day, I sent about 6 messages to cancel that order since it wasn't what i actually ordered or wanted. Nope, they refused to cancel and sent it anyways. Was gonna refuse delivery, but out of curiosity in hopes they actually sent what i ordered, I kept it and took a look. 1st off, the motor, it is unbranded despite it showing it comes with a Zion 35k motor. So I have no clue at this point whats in it. The optic, well, thats junk as well. It arrived with the rear optic glass just laying in the case. Maybe I can glue it back in? The power!! Well, its supposed to come almost 500 fps. Not even close!! Getting around 360 max! Installed my m140 spring and was able to get it up to 400, but thats max so far. So not sure whats up with that. Most of this, I can work around I guess, spend more money on it, and just deal with it. But, the main thing that has totally ticked me off is the batteries!! They did not send one single battery for the rifle, optic, lasers, flashlight, nothing!! NOT A SINGLE BATTERY INCLUDED!!!! Despite each of those accessories showing they came with batteries, i got none!! Sad thing is, I have no idea what batteries to buy to use all of that. Also, after pulling it apart and inspecting some of it, they sent factory Lancer Tactical M120 spring installed, it has a cheap plastic Gen 2 hop up unit instead of the CNC hop up that came with my 3 other Gen 4 rifles, missing several parts inside, etc. Im at a loss with this mess of a rifle that almost cost me 1k. Well, it will cost me that after i buy the parts they failed to install and send!! So i basically have a dud until i can get rifle and optic powered, and then spend more money to buy whats missing. Ive bought well over 3k worth of airsoft from this company in the past 2 months, but after this ordeal, no more!!! Lesson learned money lost and wasted!! If you read my review, please please stay away from this company!! Dont get the headache im getting!! I spent 850.00 on this custom rifle that is just thrown together junk, missing parts, and not even close to what i ordered for 850.00!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service! rude from the get go of a phone call! three weeks late on shipping!

After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, I email them asking where it is and they tell me the payment never went through even though they took the money off my card. Literally scammed me and now they won't reply to my emails.

Sold me 3 Enola Gay smoke grenades that where 3yrs. out of date & when I reach out crickets for 4 days until I correspond for a 2nd time which they respond to the positive part of my message ONLY! No where in the description did it say that these items be where out of date and certainly not 3yrs. out of date. I would Love to post screenshots, but do not see a place to do so.

VERY Unscrupulous Company. Their Website SAYS "Free Shipping on Orders Over $149 with Coupon Code: FREESHIP for lower 48 states in the U.S.*. Yet when you go to the CART to complete the order these Crooks STILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING!! This has happened to me TWO years ago, ONE year ago, and AGAIN TODAY 9-8-2022. If you call them some lame brain says "oh give me your order number and I'll reverse the Shipping Charge". Sure, I've fallen for that TWICE in TWO YEARS and had to File a BBB AND PayPal Complaint to get my Shipping Refund which took TWO MONTHS!! This same Lame Brain says the OWNER of Airsoft Megastore refuses to FIX THE WEBSITE "BUG". This "BUG" is FRAUD!! I will no longer buy from them, which is too bad because they do have some good prices occationally!

This company/store suck, not a good store, they need to close, I shouldn’t put any star because they don’t deserve it they’re awful they need to change their management

Ordered products which did not work properly. A magazine and bb’s. The bb’s were jamming all my magazines but other brands were not. The drum magazine did not feed properly with any ammo type. Been over a week and they have not responded to my support request. Avoid this company.

I bought a lct drum mag and it came in the mail quick and not broken so I was happy
I guess all the bag reviews are just unlucky people

Worst experience ever! I ordered a drum mag for my son and received a broken cheap version of what I ordered. I sent emails, left messages with no response. When I tried their live chat, I was asked how long I've been having issues with my computer then, was asked to pay $1 to speak with a computer expert. This company is nothing more than some low life scammers. Do not order from these people!

Worst experience. Bought a gun for my son and it was defective. Never got an rma or any type of response on sending it back. They charge a 30% restocking fee. NEVER EVER GUY FROM THIS SHOP!

It was great easy to buy but the only problem is The customer service takes about 2-3 days to get received but everything else was fine.

I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the 3rd and now its the 10th and i still haven't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your order (only happened 1/3 orders) the item you get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless you manually tighten everything.

I would have given this review a 0 if i could.I have bought a lot of airsoft guns and accessories here and even referred friends here. But i was sent a gun and by the time it got to me it was broken. I called and when they finally answered i was told to take pictures which i already did. I sent them in and was told they would send out my replacement the next day and my forgrip they forgot to send. 4 days later i get an email saying they need more pictures to finish the damage claims report. It takes 5 mins to do a damage claims report shat the hell took them so long? Its been over a week and i still yet to get my replacement. I had to purchase a new gun to attend the airsoft event i was going to in another state. I'll never use this place again.

Im not sure why everyone is having problems with CS, i made a mistake on my order and called them up, the man who answered greeted me nicely and got my order edited and done within 3 minutes and no problems!

First time ordering. Got my airguns in time with no problems. Will be ordering again.

Stay away from the company. Last time I purchased from airsoft megastore was 8 years ago. The product I received did not work upon opening and I sent an email to solve the problem. The representative took 10 days to read my email and then sent a broken replacement part that they believed would work. Clearly, the part did not work and ended up contacting again. The representative waited until the day after the returns expired(21 days) and told me that I am out of luck. This company is unprofessional and unreliable selling broken airsoft gun and not backing customers on their purchases. I recommend stay away from them.

No refund for items PayPal had to dispute it

Most horrible airsoft shopping experience ever the experience I had with them cause me to get charged twice on my account which they said later on they could not find so they could not refund me for a gun that the website said was installed but I'm not told until a month later after calling and calling and emailing and emailing that this gun isn't in stock actually and that I could get refunded or get a replacement item of same value I said sure let's do the replacement item well they charge my card before I even made a selection for a second time for the same gun that was never in stock this experience has messed up airsoft for me honestly don't even want to get involved with airsoft after this megastore incedent I'm just never to play airsoft after that they just completely messed up the whole sport for me which is sad because I really love airsoft but I just can't do it anymore after experience in that honestly if I could I give them negative five stars
