For clarity, our AGA appliances come with a one-year labour warranty and a five-year parts warranty. As your appliance is still under the parts warranty, we are more than happy to assist with the necessary components, however, please note that any labour costs for the engineer visit would be chargeable.

Exceptional Customer Relations
My Rangemaster Fridge Freezer broke down.Although it was recently out of warranty ,as it was a premium appliance ,I expected it to last for more than three years.I contacted customer relations who couldn’t have been more helpful.ALEX efficiently handled the complaint and saw it right through to an amicable result keeping in touch throughout as promised .

AGA was bought in the Kendal shop
AGA was bought in the Kendal shop - fantastic experience there!
Delivered to our house on the agreed date.
Unfortunately, when the AGA was unwrapped, there was a small amount of damage on the enamel. AGA were very helpful and sent out Eddie, who was most polite and conscientious, to replace the damaged part on 15th Jan 26.

Koreene was very helpful in arranging the delivery of two oven grid floor shelves.I only requested one for the baking/simmering oven in my recently installed Aga but she wanted to make sure I got the correct one as two of the shelves are similar but different.Also the delivery date on her “system” was showing early march but she decided not to use the “system” and went directly to the correct supplier and they were delivered in just two days.An excellent job Koreene.Thanks very much and well done.

The delivery/installation engineers are highly commended.
The delivery/installation engineers were prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend. I was particularly impressed when they made a long return journey the same day to address a concern I had with the fit of an oven door, which was quickly resolved. Great customer service.

Lost enamel on lid of Aga 60
From my first contact with customer services regarding an area on my top plate lid which had lost some of the enamel, I felt that Aga would sort it out for me. I have had regular calls with updates on the progress of when I will receive my new lid which is being replaced under warranty. What a great team and company to deal with. AGA woodburning stove.
Bought AGA woodburn stove 2 and a half years ago. Quite expensive but thought it would be good quality. Little used.Small stainless steel parts failed, obviously a design fault or substandard materials , AGA says not covered under 5 year warranty. Would not recommend this company

replacement of handle to oven door on a Rayburn still under guarantee
I contacted customer services on 22nd December 2025. Despite the holiday over Christmas and the new year period, a replacement part was quickly sent to me without questions or fuss by Alex Gradinaru of customer services. It arrived safely on 5th January and has been successfully fitted.

Couldn’t be without my Aga
Lack and Mark the fitters for our Aga were quick, efficient and knowledgeable about fitting our Aga and moving it to our new house one year after the initial installation. It’s a fabulous addition to our house, the warmth keeps the kitchen cosy and it’s great of course for cooking.

Not using Rangemaster ever again
In my opinion, terrible product, replacement fridge (replaced as previous fridge broke down after a few years and Rangemaster couldn't find a replacement part) has now failed after only 3 years- I'm cutting my losses and replacing with a different manufacturer. Rubbish.

My Amazing Aga
There was a 2 week delay in delivery of the Extractor Hood and Aga was unable to install the Rangemaster causing extra cost as I had to pay the fitters for installation. After saying that I absolutely love the Rangemaster Induction 110. It has brought my new fitted kitchen to another level. It was worth the wait and added stress. I would recommend buying an Aga Rangemaster it is great to use and looks amazing.

Amazing AGA Customer Service
Lak and mark were absolutely brilliant. My mum was really nervous about her new rangemaster delivery and install- especially as she is partially sighted. She didnt need to worry- Lak explained everything in detail at her pace. He was very thorough! Mark also answered her questions. They were professional, highly skilled and patient and kind. They also gave a follow up call and ensured she knew a point of contact for any further questions. It was refreshing to see how much they cared -that my mum was happy with everything. Highly impressed and would totally recommend AGA. Great customer service from beginning to end! Cooker looks lovely!
