Not using Rangemaster ever again
In my opinion, terrible product, replacement fridge (replaced as previous fridge broke down after a few years and Rangemaster couldn't find a replacement part) has now failed after only 3 years- I'm cutting my losses and replacing with a different manufacturer. Rubbish.

My Amazing Aga
There was a 2 week delay in delivery of the Extractor Hood and Aga was unable to install the Rangemaster causing extra cost as I had to pay the fitters for installation. After saying that I absolutely love the Rangemaster Induction 110. It has brought my new fitted kitchen to another level. It was worth the wait and added stress. I would recommend buying an Aga Rangemaster it is great to use and looks amazing.

Amazing AGA Customer Service
Lak and mark were absolutely brilliant. My mum was really nervous about her new rangemaster delivery and install- especially as she is partially sighted. She didnt need to worry- Lak explained everything in detail at her pace. He was very thorough! Mark also answered her questions. They were professional, highly skilled and patient and kind. They also gave a follow up call and ensured she knew a point of contact for any further questions. It was refreshing to see how much they cared -that my mum was happy with everything. Highly impressed and would totally recommend AGA. Great customer service from beginning to end! Cooker looks lovely!

Top class customer service! Our new rangemaster was to be delivered 23rd Dec but unfortunately it had been delayed in manufacturing. The team were fantastic they gave me a call let me know and sorted a smaller replacement delivered today so we had something for Christmas! Absolutely great service as you solved the problem for us without us having to ask and Mark and Lak were brilliant - thanks everyone and have a great Christmas

The contact prior to installation was excellent and the men who came to install the cooker were great. Very careful and thorough and extremely helpful- couldn’t have done a better job.

Lak and Mark were truly excellent
Lak and Mark were truly excellent. They kept me fully informed on delivery times. Installation went very smoothly and all the new controls were explained to me. I’ve even been given links to look at operating instructions at my leisure. Lak even left me his number in case of any questions or problems that might arise. I am 100% delighted with the delivery experience and Lak and Mark.

Terrible Aga back up service!!
We bought a new Aga gas fire which carried a warranty. After being fitted by an experienced gas engineer we had issues with it straight away with a valve sticking on not igniting.
We contacted Aga using the warranty who sent out an engineer. After inspection he thought we needed a whole new burner unit. He said he’d order one and come back.
After no communication for over a week we contacted them to be told due to installation issues they would not supply the burner unit and our warranty is void due to ‘so say’ damage during installation!!
No engineer came to prove this point, just word of mouth!!
Total disgrace on customer service, we are now left with a brand new fire that doesn’t work!!

Zero Quality Control,
Ordered a Rayburn Heatranger 100k from Hoad and Taylor (£10,828.00), then installation cost (£7,170.).
So the oven doesn’t work, keeps shutting down, the heating keeps showing error code 4.
DO NOT BUY RAYBURN, THEY HAVE ZERO QUALITY CONTROL AND ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.
