Excellent company to install (Waveney stoves and Ecoflue).
Always on time and just got on with it. Kept the house tidy, were always polite with excellent workmanship.
They made the stove look like it had always been there.
The stove is well made and positioning is carefully considered for the hot plate and oven. I love that I could cook directly over the embers with an additional shelf provided.
I must remember that cooking takes quite a lot longer than in the electric oven!!

The whole experience of buying, installing and using my lightheart cook stove has been a revelation compared to any other company l have ever delt with they really are bothered. I cannot rate this firm highly enough. The service is phenomenal.

For the 350 stove I have found the…
For the 350 stove I have found the baffle plates to be of poor quality and need to be replaced every three to four years. The back plate is very poorly designed and cracks where the logo is attached. Some other parts are very well designed and of a high quality
