Do not use for provisional insurance
The most ridiculous policy, setting a notice period and admin feee to cancel the policy for provisional insurance. Total feel conned by this, yes it is probably in the small print, but why even do this. Please read this and never use this company, they will take your money to make more profit.

Set of grifters
Have cancelled my policy claiming I lied on my application. They are claiming that I didn’t send points I had on my license- despite them sending me a document with all of my points on it prior to me confirming my license details.
They’re now trying to charge me for them cancelling my policy. I had a policy for 32 days- have already paid a lot of money and now they want a lot more!!
They’re embarrassing themselves with this! Won’t pay another penny- do not use- set of grifters.

Absolutely rediculous I’ve called 8 times in one day to change the car I’m insured on cuse I don’t own it anymore and no call back or awnser after one time waiting 2 hours and still nothing called today got through said they would call me a 9 and it’s been almost 3 hours and because of this I cannot drive my car the guy was friendly and was straight faward getting it but so quick at taking your money but not awnser their phones never again will I use them not worth the hastle once my policy is done I’m going else where.

The hold music was enough to drive me away!
They came up on a price comparison website as the cheapest for learner drivers but I wanted to check the price was correct before commiting.
I called & sat on hold, subjected to the most dreadful music, for 25 mins at which point I couldn't bare it any longer so I hung up & called Sterling who answered after 1 ring & the lady was incredibly lovely & helpful, I had a policy set up & ended the call after 18 mins, 7 minutes less than I had sat on hold to A choice. I suppose I should thank you for pushing me to another insurer!
Following the reply from A choice - No, no-one ever called me. No, I've had no contact with customer services - had any of that happened then you would know I am not a 'Mr'!
