Accessorise Ealing Broadway - Appalling Service
I went to Accessorise in Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre this evening with my elderly mum. My mum is disabled and needs a trolley aid to walk. The staff in Accessorise (two ladies) spoke very rudely to my mum, telling her to wait outside the shop while I chose something for her, because they said her walking aid obstructed the store, which has narrow aisles. It was very heartbreaking for me. My mum can’t go out alone and I dedicate one evening in the week to take her out after work. I politely told the staff that we were just going to pay for a bag then leave the store. The staff were rude to me and my mum by the time I paid. My mum waited for me near the shop entrance, I told her not to leave the store because she can’t go out alone. I’m horrified by this experience. I’m horrified that a disabled person gets bullied like this in this day and age. I won’t be going to this store again. I only bought an item today because my mum wanted it. I actually feel like taking legal action against the ladies who were working in the store this evening, because the way they treated my mum was unacceptable.

Avoid.
Visited my local store yesterday to have a look at the sale.
Picked up a bag & purse to buy & headed to the till & waited. And waited
Staff giggling at the back of the store & completely oblivious to what was happening at the front of the store.
I have mobility issues & shouldn't have to be chasing staff.
Waited 10 mins, left the stuff & left. In store a total of 15 mins and not a single member of staff seen.
Complained via email today & received at best a mediocre response from Stephanie at customer services.
Never setting foot in any store again. Poor staffing levels & an even poorer customer services team.

Received another email to say that my complaint has been resolved (it wasn't even acknowledged) and would I like to review my experience.
What an absolute joke of a company.

A copy and pasted response isn't acceptable & judging by the reviews here I'm far from the only one who has received poor customer service***

Useless customer service
Unfortunately the issue is not resolved. I’m very unhappy with the service I received as Nicole didn’t seem interested with getting the issue resolved. I bought a suede bag which stained my jeans (which I bought elsewhere). I understand this isn’t Nicole’s problem however I wasn’t offered any compensation etc and had to take it up with the store I bought the bag from however the lady I spoke to there wasn’t very helpful either. Therefore I’m left with stained jeans and a bag I can’t use or return

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Packaging and Unhelpful Resolution
I ordered a fascinator hat, and it arrived completely crushed, stuffed into a plastic bag. When I contacted the company, they told me to return it for a refund and reorder. I asked what steps they’d take to prevent this from happening again, and they simply said, "Let us know the order number and we’ll make sure the distribution company packs it properly" - a response that seemed to apply only to my order, not a broader fix for everyone else.
I followed their instructions, gave them the order number, and was then told, "Sorry, it’s already been sent out before we could notify the packers." Unsurprisingly, the second hat arrived crushed as well.
Clearly, they’re not taking on board their customer issues seriously, and their resolution process is ineffective. Very frustrating experience. And no wonder the Trustpilot reviews are so bad!

Avoid this company . They lost my order , didn’t bother helping me . I send them all the possible screenshots , instead of actually contacting the courier company, they were sending me nonsense emails, just to waist my time . No wonder this company didn’t ever received 2 stars . Shame on you . Hopefully no one would be buying from you in the future

I would never buy from this brand again, do AVOID - I purchased some gold plated earrings that are so fiddly even the staff can’t put them in for you and emailed customer service on the 19th April and got no response and then spoke to a nice lady called Kimberly today who said she didn’t get my email ??? and she can’t do anything about my issue - I get the hygiene reason for not accepting a return but they actually are not fit for purpose - and you don’t know they don’t work until you open the packet- I thought they would at least exchange.. I won’t be back!

I mixed up the billing and delivery…
I mixed up the billing and delivery addresses and customer service refused to swapped them over. They told me I will have to redirect the delivery. And it was less than an hour after placing the order! I’m going away until the end of may now so will miss the delivery entirely. No wonder they only have 2*. Will never use them again!

Bath Southgate Piercing
I had my third earrings pierced in the bath southgate store on Saturday and can i just say WOW! What incredible service i received. I believe it was the manager that was my piercer ( apologies as i didn’t catch her name ) she was professional, hygienic , and so so kind! Customer service like this makes such a difference! Nice looking bag, falling apart after 6 uses
I bought the classic zip around back pack in tan back in February for a new job I was starting in March. I really liked the look of the bag and it is really spacious. I go into the office once a week which is the only time I use the bag. 6 weeks in of once a week usage, I noticed it is coming apart at the seams. Really disappointing and too late to return it.

Mel at Southampton store - 5 star piercing experience.
Mel, in the Southampton West Quay store, is absolutely brilliant. She pierced my ears and my daughters and did an amazing job. She was so friendly, helpful and calming. Cannot recommend enough if you want a professional piercing experience without needles and without needing to pre-book. We are both so happy with the results.

Went into the Horsham branch, looking for ideas for my mother, one particular member of staff made feel uneasy and uncomfortable, she must be new. She was shirt with long brown curly hair, won’t be buying anything whilst she’s there. Very unapproachable

Never buy anything from here. Returning an item is a nightmare, and the support team is absolutely useless. Avoid shopping on this website. I was also supposed to receive a discount code that didn’t work. There is no help to be found, and the website navigation is terrible. How is it possible to be this far behind? You’re going to lose a lot of customers, unfortunately. It’s a shame because you have a lot of nice products, but I will never shop here again.

Poor customer service - lost parcel
I wish I had checked Trust pilot before I ordered anything from Accessorize.
Customer Service is a disgrace. I ordered a kaftan which was a present. Upon checking tracking with Evri it stated that my parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t. I checked the photograph taken by the courier, which showed him holding the parcel up on a road outside of a house (not mine). On closer inspection the parcel had no address printed, just the postcode. So I am unsure how this can have been delivered anywhere. I checked my order and my address was on the order, so not my mistake. I contacted the customer service team to explain what had happened. They advised thar I would have to print out, sign and scan on a form regarding the missing parcel before they could investigate. A massive inconvenience to me, the customer, who through no fault of my own had not received the parcel. I was informed that I would not receive a replacement item and would have to wait for the outcome of the investigation before they would consider a refund. Im disgusted. I don’t hold out much hope of getting my money back. I will never buy from this company again. Extremely poor customer service. I will stick to ASOS, Zara, RI etc in future.
Following on from the reply received. Evri completed their investigation 5 days ago. The parcel has been returned to Accessorize and I have not received any further communication, despite contacting the company twice since. Ignoring my e-mails. Like I have said previously I doubt I will ever see a refund. I would seriously think twice before ordering from this company.

Poor customer service
I ordered a backpack and gloves. Backpack straps were too short to fit. I have never had this problem before. Gloves had a hole in between thumb and ring finger. Accessorize failed to investigate sufficiently and refused mto offer me a refund.
