As always, the Astra Support Team sticks with you while finding solutions that work. When one tech support member helps, other tech support members are always available to pick up where the last one stopped.

The support team is always very helpful and I was not disappointed on this occasion.

Astra Pro’s technical support team has been vital for our website creation. They are quick to respond and even provided a very helpful screencast, which solved our problem quickly. I highly recommend using them and choosing one of their many creative themes.

I have not only paid Astra Theme Pro but also Spectra pro and Schema Pro, after several ticket writing, I can not download the files until now and have therefore spent over $150 for nothing. The developer is not responding.

This is not a service, rather a rip-off!

Kapil was extremely patient going back and forth with numerous questions. He helped me fully understand what felt like a very complicated switch from Elementor to Gutenberg with one of your templates. I was concerned with many details including not changing URLs. But he explained them perfectly with clear written answers, a few videos, and instructive screenshots, all of which were perfect. Slowly I started to understand and now that project is fully underway with my feeling much more confident.

I'm Brainstorm Force customer for many years, but i must wait more than ten days to get answer from their technical support.
They just lose a customer, it's me!

The people at Astra and Brainstorm force are always fast to reply and very helpful with relevant information.
They will take the trouble to make and send short videos of exactly what to do if necessary.
This support and backup, coupled with a lightning-fast theme, is exactly what I need.

I had no experience with building a website. With the Astra theme I was able to build a suitable website. I recently had problems with the customizer. The Astra support team was there to help me and always responded quickly to my emails. In the end, the problem was the antivirus program on my device. All I can give Astra is a good review :)

I'm not able to allow one of my customers to use a debit or credit card. When I've asked for help a couple of times, the company has repeated the same things (which I've done, but without any success), though payments via wallet or apple seem ok.

It's the first time that I use Astra theme. The theme is very beautiful and classy.

The author of the the theme is being very helpful on solving the problems whether it's the personnalisation or conflicts with other plugins.

I highly recommend the theme.

I have been using Astra along with BeaverBuilder for about 5 years for building websites. I am not the greatest webmaster and don't build sites every day, all day so, there are times I get stuck trying how to figure out to make a page work the way I want.

When stuck... I send a note to Support. Generally I get a response with a fix within an hour or two - seldom more than a day. More often than not I am sent a link which provides me with a step by step video on how to solve my problem.

The Support Team hasn't let me down.

I had a feeling in autumn 2019, when I plunked down $600-plus for the Astra agency plan. After several years on WordPress, I loathed theme changes, especially because image dimension changes would frustrate and haunt me. At this time, I had a feeling that Astra, emerging as the most-installed theme, would remain a powerhouse and receive constant updates.

Thankfully, this has turned out to be true. The theme is outstanding, offering a treasure trove of options and customizations to satisfy those with ultra-precise visions in mind. The theme is also well-supported by an incredible customer support team. Several times, when I've gotten stuck and could not find a solution, the team offered a helping hand in guidance and/or custom-written CSS code so my website could feature the look and feel I had in mind.

It is my hope that Astra remains well-coded and strongly supported for many years to come. With Astra, I am not angling to get a new theme every few years. With Astra, I'm confident that the theme will remain robust and ideal for most WordPress enthusiasts.

I purchased Astra Pro for a client. The project did not go through, and I sent an email to cancel two days later. They said they couldn't refund me. Despite offering a 14-day money-back guarantee, they are refusing to refund the money without any reason. Of course, I will initiate a chargeback, and this is clearly a scam.

The support is just great! I had an issue with my menu, but it was fixed in no-time by the support. Very fast and friendly.
