Astra Pro. Excellent experiences. Contacted them several times in the last year 2025-2026 with problems regarding the performance of the Plugin but also difficulties I was having with screen displays when using Astra Pro. On every occasion I experienced speedy, positive responses. Consistently timely replies, plus considerable technical skills from agents . Their manner was courteous and understanding of my sometimes lack of knowledge. Overall, I consider the costs well spent

I'm no developer but I launched my first website the other day. I had trouble using Astra theme for customization. I'm not sure it's a skill issue or my pc just can't work with it. I decided to switch to another theme instead and was able to make changes smoothly.

Excellent support! It’s refreshing to work with a company that not only builds a great product but also backs it up with reliable customer care. Highly recommend Astra and the Brainstorm Force team. The team is always quick to respond and clear in their communication. Astra is fast, flexible, and well-supported. Highly recommend!

This may have been a decent theme in the past, but since I bought a multi domain license in the last year, the theme quality is deteriorating with every update and they introduce bug after bug. My guess is that they switched to “vibe coding” and also do their QA with AI, otherwise it is not explainable how many bugs creep in with every new version of the pro theme. Also the support is really, really bad. They try to get rid of me with nonsense answers, or try to blame their bugs on me, or they actually want admin access to my customer’s websites, whitch of course is ridiculous. In the latest version they broke Youtube embed functionality and try to blame that on WordPress. Seriously. I can only advise to not buy this theme in this state and with support people this disrespectful and dismissive.

HOSTING A SCAM WEBSITE

I got fast and effective help from the tech team as I ran into problems installing Astra (I am new to Wordpress). Settings on my server where incorrect amongst other things. I thought for sure I would never figure it out, but the team helpt me until everything was up and running. Impressive!!

AI, is the problem with the Astra WP theam, it is misleading.
There are many hidden charges, you may be better off paying a website designer. After realising the above I asked for a refund through ther money back guarantee, I have not received anything, they just hope you go away.I do not recommend using the Astra AI web design service.

This is really wonderful theme ever. Good and clean designed. Lite Weighted. Speed also good. I have a lifetime license and I'm using this theme for my 95% of wordpress sites. Thank you so much for amazing product.

The free theme of Astra WP is hopelessly old. For a great result you are forced to go premium, but there are much more better options... Astra in my opinion is stuck in the style of 2020 and has absolutely no progression in any way. It works fine, if you are a beginner in wordpress & elementor, but for someone with more knowledge it's an absolute no go

Really shocking.

Astra Pro has all kinds of issues, one example is that the transparent header feature doesn't work. Contacted tech support who confirmed the issue and stated the only work around was switch off the feature. The only other option is to create a sticky header which I don't want or neither which doesn't work well either.

Weird glitches. All the sites I installed Astra Pro on have a issues and glitches. Tech support are aware but can offer no solution.

Very disappointed. Because I'm outside of the 14 day refund policy, actually today is 14 days since purchase I'm being refused a refund.

I purchased the Astra Pro + Brandstore Premium theme directly from Brainstorm Force, believing it would be a professional and reliable solution for my online store. Unfortunately, the product did not work as expected: the imported theme came with layout issues, broken footer, untranslated labels (English text in the storefront even though my WordPress is in Portuguese), and problems importing properly through their system.

I requested a refund the same day I decided to cancel, following all the company’s instructions and even receiving confirmation on my account panel that my request was “processed successfully.” However, more than 12 hours later, the amount was still not refunded to my credit card, and no confirmation email was sent.

I also tried contacting their support, but the responses were slow and generic, not actually solving the problem.

At this point, I feel disappointed with the service and the lack of proper customer care. I’m still waiting for my refund and strongly suggest that other customers be cautious before purchasing.

Great support, answered my question so super fast and sent a video to show me what to do (a question which, btw was already clearly explained in the videos and the FAQs, but who reads those when you can just plough right in and screw things up on your own, right?). Now that I’m taking the time and actually exploring and understanding Astra, it’s fantastic. The support team really stands behind their product. Thank you!

I bought the Astra Pro and requested assistance in installing it. I was impressed with the timely and accurate response from the team.

I went with Astra because it's lightweight and simple to use. However, when I did have an issue and contacted support, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their support was equally awesome. They responded immediately, were very friendly and helpful! Glad I made the right choice!

I was making my first website following Kay from Brainstorm Force on youtube with his, How to build a website with Spectra - Free course. Kay is a great communicator and teacher. I had completed 90% of it and became stuck in one area and compounded this mistake by trying to fix it myself.

I contacted the Brainstorm Force Customer Care team and dealt with Kapil, Naveen and Mohsin over about 6 emails.

They were brilliant on two fronts, they showed me how to fix my mistakes within an hour or two of each time I emailed them. They were also polite, helpful and understanding.

I'm a very happy customer. Congratulations Brainstorm Force, they've excelled in what customer service is all about.
