I really like the flexibility of the theme. I am able to customize my site the way that I want. I have had a couple of questions and support has been very fast, and thorough, and has solved my issues.

Have been using Astra for years now and use it on around 10 websites without issue. Wanted to incorporate a plugin into Astra - which I couldnt figure out as it was custom code. Support helped me super quick and with a perfect solution that worked right away.

Very well recommended, not just for the theme itself, but for the support that comes along with it!

It's true, there isn't always a solution, but Astra does its best to help you every time, either by asking you questions or by sending you explanatory videos.
That's why I'm going to renew for Astra and not for blocksy.

Lijkt op eerste gezicht gebruiksvriendelijk, maar gaat compleet mis bij PRO versie. Doen voorkomen alsof die 49 dollar kost, maar dat blijkt maar voor een jaar als je al besteld hebt. Dan krijg je een license key en drie bestanden, maar het is compleet onduidelijk wat je daar mee moet. Er is nergens een mogelijk om die key in te vullen.

Mounika from customer service gave a suggestion on temporarily deactivating a plugin and it instantly solved the issue and my mobile site was up and running how it should. I was so happy with the quick fix. I received an answer within 24 hrs based on the free support.
