I am getting so tired of this theme and with the pro support.

I have very slow sites and the design messes up almost daily. New updates do more harm than good.

When I get support, new things mess up when they log in - if they even understand simple questions.

If it was easier to change my many and large sites I would definitely have done it by now.

In creating a new website, for the first time, I found myself in need of assistance from many different platforms. There is one company that completely surpassed my expectations. Even though I have the free version, they responded to every email that I sent, with clear guidance on how to help me solve every issue that I encountered as a novice website creator. Not only were their instructions helpful and timely, but they provided short videos showing me how to correct any issues I was having. Their customer service is amazing!

Well, I just switched out my fourth Astra theme. All of them were causing errors for visitors and I'm really surprised many others aren't experiencing the same situation. After I replaced the Astra themes the problems were resolved. Even though I have a lifetime subscription, I can no longer trust my continued usage will create a positive website experience.

It's not just the buggy coding - I struggled to get any kind of support that worked for me. The second time I needed to change out an Astra theme it was because I finally gave up after weeks of getting the total runaround from support; their replies were complete nonsense. I just could not get a straight answer after painfully detailing the problems *repeatedly* and my efforts to resolve them.

I'm dreading the idea of having to change out all the rest I've built. Luckily, switching to the Hello Elementor theme tends to be a relatively easy switch.

The support crew at Brainstorm helped me resolve my issue, well after I thought we were out of their "jurisdiction." They were responsive, friendly, professional, and ultimately, effective, assisting me with my fix AND making me feel taken care of. An easy 5 stars!

Great service. When something is not working, they help you out.

The theme is good, no issues there. Be VERY careful when seeking support. I did on an issue with breadcrumbs. Like, a fairly minor and specific thing.

Gave Astra support an admin login to a development site. Without asking they disabled Astra Pro AND installed a plugin called Astra Reset. And yes, that does exactly what you'd imagine - ALL my customisations were lost, slider a mess, the whole site a complete mess. Days of work down the swanny.

And the permalink issue was not even fixed.

Fortunately I have backups. But I lost a full day's work and to do such a thing without even asking first is completely and utterly unacceptable.

After 5 years with WordPress, Astra theme and its associated products are my number 1 choice.

The support offered by the Astro Pro brainforce team is really wonderful. They always respond within 24 hours and are always willing to provide a helpful solution of something to try. They are very kind while doing it, too. I did not previously have any experience with making a website so I couldn't have done it without them.

Really bad customer support. I ordered Astra pro and I should get premium support. It has been 4 days since I submitted my ticket and no one is getting back to me. I also haven’t been able to find many resources online on how to work with the theme. There are a few basic videos on their YouTube channel, but they only help with how to set up the theme and not much after.

I've found both Astra and Spectre to be robust products for editing WP sites. Well thought out with good UI they make building attractive sites a great deal easier. The performance is impressive, a copy of WP Rocket and 5 minutes later I usually have a site with a solid 'A' in GT metrics or Google lighthouse. That's impressive compared to my experience with Visual Composer/Visual Bakery

Whole day can't activate the theme on my wordpress website. All pluging glitched. Nice backend. Sadly I didn't saw that in the first day I bought this theme.

They claim on their website that Astra is free forever but when I want to download it, it shows the price, why is there no transparency that it is only a paid service? that is annoying
