Match A great match... excellent support, good products
Over the last year or two have purchased many of WORX cordless tools and garden products. At any time that I have had an issue (there have been only two), Patrick, Ed and Emma have been wonderful in their support.
One of the issues was with a WX779E mower, which they replaced straight away, the other was with a pole saw where the chainsaw attachment had become a little loose, again they replaced it with no quibble.
It is on the strength of their customer support that I felt confident and went on to purchase a great many other WORX cordless products.
Patrick Sanders has also registered my gradual number of warranties without fail and has recently also further supported me on a technical issue.
Excellent staff, excellent attitude, excellent support. WORX have got it right. You really do need real communicative and understanding staff to offer customer service.
Not only have I gone on to make more WORX purchases based on the quality of product and customer service, but I have also told others about the products and the support...they have also bought WORX products. Can't say fairer than that!

I had a problem that I could not get the lance off my Worx Hydroshot purchased from Amazon January 2023. It was under warranty which I had registered. So I contacted support. My email was answered politely and promptly on the same day by Patrick.S. He offered advice on how to take off the lance, but it still would not come off. After supplying the requested information and invoice/receipt he escalated for a replacement to be sent out. Emma.S and Ed.B also, from the product & after sales team, arranged the replacement, and I had a new Hydroshot delivered before Christmas! Very happy with Worx team and my replacement. Thank you.

Old at 4 years ?
Purchased a Worx Leaf blower 4 years ago.
Used approximately 20 times over 4 years.
It was great when it worked but it gave up after
4 years .When I contacted Worx U.K.I was told
they no longer had spares for it as it was "!Old".
and was probably a pcb problem.Talk about a
"throw away society".

Hydroshot low pressure and warranty expired
Had an issue with a product which was new unused and out of warranty, by a family member and was given to me.. it never seemed to produce the correct pressure spray. So I explained that to after sales and they got me sorted out. Very grateful I would buy their products as required in the future

And great customer service, I own a couple of there tools, after my de#@[t drill failed I was looking for a new drill, so purchased a worx one, light and quiet powerful and battery lasted well, so after a few weeks of testing it purchased the, impact gun, circular saw, grinder, glue gun, car pump, vacuum....
Had an issue with my DIY electric…
Had an issue with my DIY electric chainsaw and contacted Worx UK. Spoke to Patrick who displayed a level of customer service that others should strive to achieve. From a simple request for parts to a full return to them for a Manufacturer's repair with no quibble is service that is exceptional.
Worx hydro shot pressure washer( Patrick Sanders)
I recently purchased a Worx hydro shot cordless pressure washer.
Within 2 months the charger failed I mentally prepared myself for a long drawn out telephone conversation to obtain a replacement.
On the day I spoke to Patrick Sanders who made the whole event a painless experience, Patrick was very professional, helpful and polite at all times.
I am extremely happy with the pressure washer and as this is the first Worx product I have purchased I will not hesitate to buy another based on todays customer service experience.
A big thank you to all concerned.

There is no doubt that the Landroid Mowers are a great bit of machinery and are the future, I am sure. As someone with not a great deal of IT knowledge, initially, I was a bit daunted, but the support received from Sean was absolutely perfect. He translated the jargon into normal language, and after some very informative, pleasant, and helpful emails, we are now up and running, and I am so impressed with my Marx robot mower. And Sean, thank you for not making me feel like an idiot. I am sure you must have rolled your eyes when seeing my name come up..... thanks again.
Worx leaf blower
Bought a worx leaf blower 6 months ago . It developed a hole in the casing . Must have been a piece of metal or stone that got lodged in the mechanism . Wasn’t sure if this would be covered so sent a picture to worx & if it wasn’t, I was going to maybe get a replacement casing.
Very quick response & they got a courier to pick up & supplied a new replacement blower very promptly under the guarantee 😊
First class machines and service.
I really like the ability to swap battery packs on these tools: I own a lawn-mower, a strimmer, and two hedge-cutters including the extensible one. The customer-service team dealt with a fault in my newest one with politeness and speed, and a replacement was sent very promptly. I can't fault the products or the service.
Bought a Worx pruner in March
Bought a Worx pruner chain saw back in March, recently had an issue regarding the chain, contacted WORX, the couldn’t have done more for me, replaced the complete chain saw. Excellent service, thank you
Great products backed by excellent customer service
I recently purchased a Worx WG583E leaf blower/vac/mulcher having been using their cordless lawn mower and grass trimmer for just over two years. The existing items have worked well, making it easier and quicker to keep the grass mown at my property.
The new unit initially performed well but unfortunately developed a fault which also caused the batteries to permanently lose their charge.
The customer service team at Worx have quickly resolved the problem, replacing both the unit and batteries.
I liked the proactive attitude of the team, keeping me informed of the actions being taken at each step of the process.
I already liked Worx tools but am now even more confident in buying their products knowing that they would be backed by a similar level of support and service.

The word hydroshot was a perfect carwashing solution as I can’t park near my house. So was dismayed when it stopped working. I was thoroughly impressed by Worx customer services who identified a manufacturing fault and offered a replacement despite being out of warranty.

I had to return an item which I bought from Ebay 7 months ago, a simple fault. From I contacted with Worx for the problem first time to I received the new item, the service I received can just be described as exceptional.
