Issue resolved by a very very good CS Representative
Had an issue with the motor on my Battery powered grass strimmer/edger......and used the online form to contact Worx Customer Service to understand if there was a fix. Unfortunately there was not, so with massive thanks to Emma Smith in customer services she assisted me all the way to get a replacement and was always happy to give me info on the process, arrange collection and what options were available to me......If only all Customer Services depts. were as helpful!!!! Kudos to Emma @Worx.
WORX lawnmower
I had a WORX lawnmower for 12 month which broke so I got on to the WORX product support team and they bent over backwards to help in every way they could. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks 👍

My Worx Strimmer Battery Charger failed, I contacted customer support who were very helpful, they replaced the charger very promptly, can’t ask for better than that. Thank you!

I love worx
I love worx, just wanted to mention this, i have mostly all their garden tools, drills, hydro pressure, so when my TRIMMER, WG186G after a couple of years, started to make strange noises, I called Worx CS team, Patrick, super helpful chap, no issues the unit was collected and a WG185 was provided. But, the good thing . on the wg186e I had all the corresponding attachments. Worx agreed to take them back and are providing e full refund to me. how good is this.
I was talking to Patrick, ,mentioned my wg252 extending hedge trimmer was not holding place while extended. he said no problem, it was collected last week, extending my replacement today.
Both items purchased 2022, so in warranty.
2023, I up graded my pressure washing to wg633 4.0. what a great piece of kit. washing my car, is no much easier. Bucket of hose. np. It take one 4.0 battery, in a plastic holder, the seal broke, it is vey thin. Tried to fix myself, but had problems, finding a seal skinny enough. just sent a pic to patrick, he said not to worry. it is covered, so at some point that will be replaced. I was concerned as water may get into the holder.
all in all, the Worx CS team in UK fab, nice and helpful. I highly recommend worx. Great Product. all in All Worx Work..

Charger blew
Charger blew, contact workx via social media, sign posted to email customer service. Two emails later, a new charger had been dispatched.

I had a battery charger that failed on 1 slot on the 2nd year.
Sent an email to the support team, it was replaced immeadiatly and completely resolved the problem.

I have been using Worx self propelled e mowers for several years. They are brilliant in operation, and when they cease to be so, Product Support comes to the rescue. I have had outstanding service and assistance from Product Support and cannot praise them enough

Discovered one of my batteries had failed two days inside the year anniversary of purchase. Left a note on the Worx service page, and a prompt reply on the morning of the next working day. After exchanging address details received a return voucher, and battery was forwarded back via Courier. Tuesday, email to say battery received at workshop, corrected and returned by courier and delivered by Thursday. Excellent service and turnaround, best of all a new spare battery too!
By far exceeded my expectation and gives great confidence in purchasing further Worx products

I have bought three of the cordless 20v products over the last 3 years and all of them have been found to be well made, and super effective at the task.

I plugged my charger in the other day and it didn’t come on, I phoned warranty and dealt with Patrick S who was more than helpful and honest. They are sending me a new charger free of charge and I’m absolutely delighted and because of this I will definitely look at buying more of their products in future. 10/10

I bought a worx battery saw May last…
I bought a Worx battery Saw in May 2023 last year from Amazon in December this year 2024 I went to use it and it was not charging. So on the Amazon page it tells you to contact Worx direct so I did the guy Patrick said he would arrange DPD to collect it Friday no one came got in touch with Patrick again sorry will set it for the Monday no one came ! E mailed Patrick again 6 times my e mails returned can’t deliver! Got in touch with Amazon complained about service offered a refund but by time they got back to me DPD turned up and took the saw.that caused more mix up. Then last week Patrick send an E mail In reply to mine they have not received the saw so would I send him a photo of the collection ticket and the name of who signed for it. On Monday of this week 07th February they found it but he said sorry but as I had cancelled the collection twice !! I can’t say the words I used. So the replacement is being sent out end of this week or start of next. In fairness it was DPD who made an a… of it but this has been going on since the 12th January and the job I started has been unfinished since then. The saw was a replacement £164. for a corded one that stopped working and was out of warranty but I will never but one again and not on Line better to go to a shop in town . Badly handled all round will have to see if new one turns up ?? Just to reply to your comments that 1 star was unfair I did say that it’s was DPD that was at fault but your e mail to me last week was I cancelled the pick up twice I did not they did not turn up and I spent two full days in waiting for them. Then where I e mailed 6 times and could not get a reply due to them not being delivered ! Strange as I was using the same e mail I got through to you before but I have had to do the running to get answers when you should have been keeping me updated on what was happening if you had I would have given you a better rating
