Terrible lawnmower just buy a petrol one
Battery life lasts about 10 minutes per charge. Have currently stopped 4 times now during cutting my back garden to put the battery’s in the fridge to cool down then charge them up again. Also has no power any bit of thick grass and it stops working and you have to start it again. Would not recommend
I have 2 landroids
I have 2 landroids, one with a boundary wire the other supposedly the bees knees, the vision series, this worked the first year but having a rest over the winter does the lawn 2 out of 3 times with constant cannot find base. So far I have contacted Work 5 times the last 3 they have ignored. So much for support. This is disappointing to say the least what is a 2 year warranty

I have a robot lawnmower and since new…
I have a robot lawnmower and since new it has been difficult to get started.
The customer service department seems incapable of understanding or suggesting a solution and they keep asking the same questions. They are also very very slow in responding.
Landroid mower just doesn't work well
I've owned a landroid robot mower for 2.5 years, and in that time I've had a host of different problems:
1. mower itself failing and had to be sent back for repair
2. keeps getting stuck around low bricks and small divots of earth, digging itself into holes and not turning around efficiently
3. transformer faulty, had to be replaced
4. base plate wire cut
5. multiple boundary wire problems, despite me digging down and burying it in the soil
I've tried my best to like it, I really have, but there's not been a string of more than 2 days that I hadn't had to deal with a mower problem in the past 2 years that I've used it. Conclusion is the product just isn't good enough, it's not durable, too many technical issues arise and the self-navigation is poor - it keeps getting stuck on small things.
The only saving grace for Worx is that their customer service has been decent and I have managed to get some of these things replaced while still in warranty. I have no doubt that there will be another electronic/mechanical failure shortly once the warranty period has ended and that will be the end of my £600 purchase. Worx were also not willing to extend the warranty or offer any trade-in or refunds; clearly not confident of the long term viability of their product.
Buy a different robot mower instead.

I have had an Amazing Customer service, after sales experience. These Tier 2 after sales advisors were EXCEPTIONAL, and went above and beyond. That's why I have to name you both Patrick and Ed Brunsden, thanks to you both. I have a WORX HYROSHOT, which is outside the warranty period, my hyroshot had stopped working. I cannot emphasise enough how helpful the after sales team have been in helping and resolving my product problem, to its best possible outcome. I would definitely recommend WORX their products and customer service are exceptional. Again Huge appreciation and thanks to all the Worx staff involved in my very positive customer experience.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Battery won’t charge after less than 2 months and the company makes it as difficult as possible to rectify. Customer service is terrible. Not worth the hassle.
Should have bought one ages ago
Bought a WG252E long reach hedge trimmer a while ago. I had used a WORX 240v trimmer for years and eventually treated myself to a cordless version which was ace.
The long reach, I have just used for the first time and it’s out of this world. No cable to break my neck on or cut through, don’t have to stretch to reach those out of the way bits and can’t believe I waited so long to make the job so much easier.
The 20V batteries have an excellent retained charge and I am absolutely delighted.
Excellent Customer Service
I had a great experience of customer care from Ed, he was very understanding and helpful with my problem in registering my new lawn mower for its warranty, I was a little heated at the start of my call but Ed soon explained what I needed to do and I followed his advice on what I needed to do, he’s a great person to help you if you have any questions a big thanks to him and well done.

Have had a few reliability issues with my Landroid mower over the years and they have always been handled promptly, customer support from Sean and Patrick have gone above and beyond expectations.
Excellent service from template to fit
Karem and his team are very professional and always go out of their way to do a fantastic job. I have had many worktops fitted by them and would 100% recommend them if you are wanting an excellent finished result with great customer service.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THERE CLOUD MODEL ROBOT MOWERS. THE WEBSITE SUGGESTS “NARROW PASSAGES NOT A PROBLEM IF IT FITS IT GOES” I HAVEA 60cm PASSAGEWAY IT WOULDN’T GO DOWN. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SAID THE PASSAGEWAY NEEDED TO BE A METRE WIDE. NO MENTION OF THIS ON WEBSITE OR INSTRUCTIONS REFUSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE
Superb Technical Support
The vision mowers are excellent, but the next generation will, I believe, provide improved side-cut, mapping, striping, and electric deck-height control. But the most telling feature has been the dedicated support provided by the Worx technical team. So I am going to upgrade to the Vision Cloud mowers
Appalling aftersales service
Another Worx battery lawnmower having to be scrapped because because of lack of their after sales service.
The part required is a small piece of plastic that is required to start the lawnmower.
I have read many similar reviews on here. If the company cannot supply spares then in my opinion they should not be selling machines.
Sharp practice by Worx
Bought a worx powershot gun only for £89.99,a week later you could buy complete kit for £89.99
Seems I’m hitting my head against a brick wall.cos Worx won’t do the easy thing and send me the battery and charger,I need to send back my powershot gun,which will be very expensive cos of its weight.
But worx policy won’t let them send me battery and charger as a sign of goodwill
Belstaff price matched their own product why can’t Worx match the contents of an offer posted a week after the powershot gun only at same price
Don’t buy from Worx just in case a better deal is in the pipeline
Pay a bit more and getter a better brand
Of the four Worx tools I purchased, two have been faulty. My first order of three tools was stolen in transit, which to be fair was not Worx's issue but it took numerous phone calls to get a replacement order sent. The hedge trimmer would not stay on and had to be returned. Awaiting the replacement. My lawn mower, on its third time out, started sounding like a bag of spanners, started smoking, and smelling awful. Not sure I want it replaced, I think I'm done with Worx as a brand.
Purchased a Worx Landroid WR216
Purchased a Worx Landroid WR216. I have had to work several times on the area being mowed to flatten it out further and to physically define boundaries because it can't manage even on easy slopes and it does not recognise boundaries as they claim. I also bought additional magnetic boundary strip which just does not work - the mower goes right over it. I asked for a refund/return but received no response. I would recommend only getting one if your lawn is very flat and you have a strimmer / other mower to cut the edges, as it also doesn't cut edges as they claim. All in all it's a disappointment and customer service is non existent.

The lance on my pressure washer was leaking. It was just out of warranty. I connected with Patrick who provided me with a solution. His communication was amazing, turning it around in less than 24 hrs. I love my pressure washer, it’s the best piece of kit I own.
