I own a Wrox nail gun that unfortunately stopped working, so I was advised by the Wrox fan club to contact Wrox after sales team, which I did and I can honestly say what a fantastic response from Emma & Patrick at Wrox for their quick service at sorting out a new replacement nail gun for me. I received the item in a new box with all the original parts including a brand new nail gun.
Excellent service, very quick turnaround and brilliant after sales team. Well done Wrox👍🏻

bought a Worx Landroid robot lawnmower 2 or 3 years ago. It works really well, mows the lawn then goes back to its base to recharge. It does this every day at least once but usually twice.
Last week it developed a fault i.e. it wouldn't recharge. One email to support detailing the issue, and two days later a replacement charging tower arrived. NO charge.
Excellent service from Worx.

I experienced an outstanding level of customer service for issues on two Worx products, which were solved very efficiently by Patrick and Ed. The phones are answered quickly by polite and helpful staff, who deal with the process from start to finish, keeping you informed of what is happening.
I have several Worx tools with interchangeable batteries, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase more in the future

I have other Worx products so I purchased a battery powered garden sprayer - I use if for spraying weed killer.
The sprayer is so easy to use. Just unscrew the top, fill it up, switch it on and away you go! I used to use the pump handle sprayers and hated having to stop and re pressurise it. This system does it for you, automatically topping up the pressure, so you don't have to stop. So long as you have a good charge on your battery it lasts a very long time!
The sprayer is preset to a fine spray, ideal for my weed killer, so basically when it was delivered, it was plug and play! Plus, being able to interchange the battery is amazing, well done Worx! I would definitely recommend this sprayer and Worx.

I purchased one of their lawnmowers, and on second use I managed to catch a handle release button on a wire fence and snapped it off. I emailed Worx to ask if I could purchase a replacement release mechanism, they asked for pictures of broken part. They emailed back saying to return the lawnmower which they arranged collection, and a replacement mower was sent. I have never had such a good service as Worx customer service by any company before. I can’t recommend them enough. They deserve a 10 star rating.

I just want to say how impressed I have been with you all, outstanding customer support from start to finish. Ollie, Patrick & Emma - all outstanding! Any new items will be Worx in future.

I have a WORX 40v WG743E cordless lawnmower plus a 20v WX102.9 cordless drill, both of which I am very pleased with. I had to call on their customer services department recently regarding an issue with the lawnmower. They couldn't have been more helpful, and I am 100% happy with the outcome

Had problems trying to contact Worx through the Amazon site. Found an email on the web for Worx customer service. Emailed and got an immediate reply from Patrick Saunders - the answer to my problems. After a few questions and giving purchase information. He arranged the collection (failed strimmer) and delivery (under guarantee) of a new strimmer.

I had a battery issue with one of my Worx products so I contacted customer support, thanks to both Emma and Patrick keeping me up to date with the progress of my claim and doing so in a friendly and speedy manner. Would recommend Worx

Patrick Sanders has been wonderfully helpful - quick to reply, quick to sort out my query, and quick to send spare part - at no cost. Could not improve such wonderful service. Thank you Worx and thank you Patrick.

I have over 10 of the worx powershare tools that I have built up, as well as a couple of workmates, usb adapter, torch.
Having always been happy when my multitool stopped working reached out to worx. Older motor could not be replaced so sorted a brushless replacement.
Friendly and responsive support team - look forward to adding next tool to the collection.

The customer service is second to none however I have had problems with a robotic mower since day one, have followed instructions for rectification but nothing works, I have requested a replacement mower and base station as I am at the end of my tether and very disillusioned with the Worx product I am a 75 yr old pensioner who relies totally on the mower as I cannot use a push mower.

I have been dealing with Patrick Sanders at Worx. I have been blown away on how helpful he has been. I cannot recommend the Worx products enough. Battery life is great, quality of the products is fantastic, and so well priced deffo value for money. I would urge anyone to consider worx products. I have a strimmer, a nail gun, a grinder and a paint sprayer, all great products. Well done Worx.

I purchased a Worx hydro shot for cleaning my mountain bike. It’s been fantastic and much more versatile than a conventional pressure washer. Unfortunately the battery stopped working but Worx quickly sent a replacement, top marks for customer service.

The collection bag on my wonderful WORX leaf-sucker tore and I was unable to find a replacement but Emma at Worx has sorted this out, a brilliant service, thank you. It is a great system and we have bought other Worx household tools since buying the leaf-sucker.

Dropped my Worx lawnmower and broke the lower casing whic directs grass into the collection bag. Couldn't find the part anywhere so contacted Worx directly. Emma found the part and despatched it directly at no cost (it was still under warranty but I expected to have to pay because it was my fault). It arrived the very next day and my mower now collects up the grass cuttings to perfection!

Worx produces really innovative and good quality products. The customer website was previously user friendly but more recently is extremely challenging to use - when one can log in! Previous experience with customer service was questionable, but today I had excellent After Sales Support from Patrick, so thank you for changing my view on customer support! Please sort out your website Worx, ……..but please do continue making your great range of products ………

This is not a product review. Just feedback on the website payment section.
I tried checking out about 5 times.
Each time when I specified my credit card it brought up my bank transaction approval and there was a dialog to select either payment confirmation via a mobile app or via a one time password.
However a blank rectangular overlay prevented me from clicking anything and completing the transaction.
I contacted my bank - they told me it was a worx / uk issue.
I ended up using Paypal to get the transaction thru.
But only after having tried multiple browsers on my Macbook Pro and then my iPhone.
Each time I had to go thru and specify the credit card details and instructions for the courier.
It was one of the most exasperating eCommerce transactions I can recall ever making.
