!!! WARNING !!! WORLD OF JUDAICA CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sept 12th I have bought for 187€ of products : Kippots, Hanukiah, T.shirts for my son etc...
On Sept 14th, 2 days later, World of Judaica debited my credit card (very efficient...!!!)
1 week later I have received 1 T.shirt ONLY !!!!
On October 28th, 1 month 1/2 later I have still not received anything else than the T.shirt
World of Judaica never answered my follow ups.
I don't know if this is due to total disorganization (best case scenario) or if this is done in purpose (very serious in that case).
I am extremly disapointed as their web site is extremly well done but then customer service is terrible.
I let them until November 10th to receive everything then I will unfortunately have to moove to legal procedure.

Tallis order

Impossible to have communication. Weeks of delay and promises unfulfilled Indicated Tallis was available and never processed the order.

Repeated emails went unanswered.

You'll never get what you order

TERRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 kippot from them 2 months ago. I paid immediately via paypal. Waited a few weeks since I didn't receive them, contacted customer service. They weren't even aware of my order. So they said they would ship them out (plus an extra for the mistake). Waited one month since I know it's shipping from Israel. I still didn't have them. Today I wrote to customer service. STILL NOT SHIPPED!!! Canceled order. Praying I get my money back which should be processed in a couple of days.

We are VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED concerning the intolerable customer service of World of Judaica

We are a jewish community from Romania, and on 26 september 2016 we ordered and payed for 2 Shofars and a kippa 98,10 euros.. Until this day we haven't recieved the items. We wrote several emails to the company and also called on their given number "Contact our wonderful customer support team at 1-800-818-8394 for questions and inquiries! " . This company is ....NOT OK.
Nobody answered our emails and nobody answered our phone calls.....dead end ! In hebrew we say: Ze mamash lo beseder hevre! Caha lo osim esek! This way we don't do business....

WORST website experience! Plan to waste time re-tracking!!

Great selection with great prices BUT would never shop here again=website did not filter (I was searching for knit kippah and had to go through 1,395 choices!) AND when you add to shopping cart and want to continue shopping, site starts you back at page one with no quick way back to your previous place=real nuisance when there's 32 pages to scroll through. I was determined to make purchase, otherwise would never have continued.

Simplicity

Wonderful pricing even with the shipping was able to move through it easily and quickly will definitely reference them to friends and will definitely be shopping here again!

Awesome online store!

I had such a wonderful experience, shopping on this online store. The customer service was prompt, and courteous, with my questions, and concerns.
I received my item straight from Israel, and I loved it so much, that I ordered a 2nd one. I received the 2nd one, as well, and now I ordered other items, from this online store.

Highly recommend!

So disapointed

I ordered my items from world of Judaica on 13th July and have not recieved the goods. tried to email the company but no one has acknowledged me at all. What upsets me the most is this is the second time that i have ordered from them, my first experience was ok, do not think that i will use this company for a third time :(

Will never buy again!!!! Very disappointed

Purchased 3 mezuzahs from website. It took almost 8 weeks for them to be delivered with numerous emails. And after all that time the wrong mezuzahs were delivered. Absolutely careless and will never purchase anything from Wold of Judaica again.

Worst Customer Experience -- EVER

Shortest version:
1) placed order for Talit
2) sent message -- no reply
3) received wrong order
4) 2 voice mail messages left, 4 emails/form emails sent, 2 Facebook messages sent

NO RESPONSE

First contact: Ordered for Bat Mitzvah. Needed to ensure would arrive on time. No response since Aug 2.

Second contact: Wrong order received. Can't get them to reply to anything about getting correct order on or before Aug 26.

Clearly my child is NOT going to have her own Talit on the most important occasion of her Jewish Life.

Response to World of Judaica posted approximately 1 hour ago.

8/2 placed order
8/2 sent message via online form asking for confirmation item ordered will be received prior to 8/26. Received confirmation you received message and included phone number. Called, left voice message. To date, no reply
8/17 package arrived with wrong order. Called, left voice message. Sent message with online form.
8/18 3:41am (your time) received email from Mara B. Stated order errors are rare and I must send photos of the order received and that I would hear a reply within a couple of days.
8/18 3:54 am (your time) I replied. (1) package rewrapped & sealed. A second opening is likely to result in full damage to packaging. I included description of the contents. (2) explained why issue urgent. Sent with "read receipt" and "high" priority.
8/18 10:00 am (my time) Read receipt received -- that is Mara B read my email.
8/18 5:16pm (my time) sent FB message.
8/19: left voice mail message.
8/19: 10:20am (my time) Sent picture of contents received.
8/19 10:38am: FB picture of wrong order sent
8/20 10:13am (my time): FIRST RESPONSE, RECOGNITION of error from CHARLIE A.
8/20 9:45am: FB response of response to error.
8/21 approximately 5am (my time) your reply on TrusPilot. TrustPilot reports I posted 42 hours ago.

In summary:

(1) Your customer service NEVER replied to my request on 8/2.
(2) It took 3 days for customer service to reply on 8/20 by Charlie A.
(3) Your request for pictures, stating it would take a "few days" (defined as 3-4) clearly did NOT acknowledge the time critical nature of the problem and showed no concern for me as a customer and the problem YOU created.

So, before you try to white wash the manner in which I was treated, review all the facts.

And it isn't sufficient you replied within 1 second or 1 year. Your request for pictures of the wrong order received was an insult.

Why on earth would I want the headache of re-wrapping and re-packaging items to mail back?

Why would I make a noise about an order error unless it was TIME CRITICAL and I stated this IN EVERY communication: voice mail message (no on your end EVER answers the phone), messages sent via your online contact form (because every request for live chat sent me to the form), email messages and Facebook messages.

Here are the word for word replies from your 2 associates.

From MARA B, quote:

I’m very sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. While such instances are very rare, unfortunately they can occur from time to time, but we are dedicated to providing a solution.

In order to handle the case, we require that you send us several photos indicating the issue at hand.

Please reply to this email with the photos and we will get back to you within a couple of business days with a solution.

From CHARLIE A, quote:

First of all, I would like to apologise for the delays in getting back to you.

Second, we aapologise for sending you the wrong items in your order.

I will ask tomorrow our fulfillment department what happened to your tallit and I will update you. I will do my best for you to receive this in time.

Other than responding to posted negative reviews and Better Business Bureau, I've had 1 contact from them, dated 8/20:

"First of all, I would like to apologise for the delays in getting back to you.Second, we aapologise for sending you the wrong items in your order.I will ask tomorrow our fulfillment department what happened to your tallit and I will update you. I will do my best for you to receive this in time."

On 9/6: Emma stated would expedite order to my cousin who is currently in Israel and refund us the cost of priority shipping of the incorrect order.

To date: NOTHING
No talit (for which I paid $129.40)
No refund, which cost $13.45
No responses to requests for update status: 9/10, 9/13, 9/14
Today sent demand for update and updated my complaint with BBB

Don't know if this will help, but if you run into problems, put "Attn: Emma" in the subject line when writing to WoJ. As of right now, there is only one email address: support at worldofjudaica dot com.

Excellent Products and Excellent Customer Service

I am very pleased with my purchase from World Of Judaica, This order I purchased a shofar and and shofar case, was well packaged and and the product is beautiful and the shofar sounds beautiful too, the velvet case I bought to was excellent, well made and I will be shopping all the time and Highly recommend for all to shop at World Of Judaica for there Judaism faith needs.

Negligent and irresponsible

I have order through some goods on 10/30/2015."They mentioned those items I had ordered are all in stock! after THREE month! and after my several times following it up they said some of my items are not available. They said order something els and I DID! Again! after a long time they said my new item is Out of stuck too! Please order something els! and I did!!! Finally! in 10 March 2016 they wrote: The item X you ordered is out of stock for the foreseeable future.! Please order something els!!! They hold my money ($260 AUD) for several month and after lots of email, contacting PayPal they refund it. I unsubscribed, also emailed them to STOP sending me their Ads. but never stopped. So today I decided to write the review."

Good stuff, nice customer service and fast expedition

I bought some stuff and I'm very satisfied: it arrived very fast (One month and it's not so much if I think about Italian Post Offices!) and I was always in touch with the support office by email, who helped me every time I had a question or a problem, very kind Charlie and Emma! And the stuff is high quality stuff (kippot,jewelry and other)!
