I have recently ordered various items from Judaica.com and am so pleased with my purchases. Could honestly not have wished for anything better. All of the products looked even better then advertised. They are simply beautiful crafted creations. The items were all fantastically and individually packaged which was a blessing since the cases had taken quite a bashing on its journey. The quality of their product is excellent and their service is great.

We ordered a sample seder plate for a large school seder. The package arrived open--the only thing holding the seder plate inside was the tape.

We decided to go ahead and order a couple of dozen more plates after customer service assured us they would package them more carefully. We paid for the order. Weeks went by--no plates. Only then did the company tell us the plates were "no longer in stock"--even though they still appeared on the company's website. Instead they tried to get us to buy a more expensive plate.

Needless to say, we cancelled the order and did the rest of our shopping elsewhere.

Great products

I purchased 2 extra large 44-46 inch shofars from them. Because i was in urgent to need them so paid extra for faster delievery and i ordered 2 weeks in advance to make sure i will receive before my event start. But something coming up along the time. I have to contact customer service to keeping track for my order status. Most of them they said to me " your shofars will ship very soon" but no one said what was happening to me. After a long week wait i didnt get anything i contacted them again but finally they said "they are on passover season so shofar will only ship after passover" and i got the shofar after 1 week and and after my event was happen. I was very disappointed. But It is all over now. Something i learn that before i would plAce any order i will check are there any Jewish holidays or occasion coming up before i order. Otherwise i would wait to get my item in right time. Anyway i am very happy with shofars.

I am soo happy with my purchase,s and have no doubt I will be happy in the future.

Fantastic selection of quality goods. Just a few downsides: I couldn't find any place to indicate that what I bought was a gift and add a card, if not wrapping. And when the order process stopped, I had to scroll up to the top to see what was happening - it would have been good to have some kind of an explanation appear at the bottom of the screen where I was filling out a billing address different to the shipping address. And the whole process of sending a review is completely opaque. I finally decided to use Facebook, but that's not what I wanted to do.

All of your product's are exemplary, and of the highest quality.

Our grand daughter was thrilled with her Tree of Life tallis and Kippah. She looked so beautiful on the bima.
