I ordered 17 x 5 sets of kippot from this company and they only delivered 17 kippot in total. I sent emails, left voicemails on their so called customer services support team and never got a response. Their chat online service was never open for conversations.

I went through the Paypal resolution centre and was advised to send back the 17 kippot to a US address. It cost me an additional £12 to return the item. Paypal couldn't locate the tracking number I had provided so they decided to close the case. Now I have been robbed of £77.80 in total. They have taken £65.80 and somehow they think they can get away with this. This isn't over until I get my money back!!!!

Made a big mistake and advise anyone from the UK to stay clear from this site.

You do not have to call me, I just sent you my whatsapp nr, in case you have a whatsapp number it would make our conversations easier, because it's taking a long time by email.
If you can not send me the photo of the taliot, then give me the code number of them I'm looking for, because there's no way I can buy something without seeing if it's beautiful or not, a talit that's very important.
I sent you several emails with some taliot options that I liked on the site, have you read them?
I urgently need a solution. And see if there's any way to talk about whatsapp. Thank you.

As for what you told me, in your email, that I wanted to make a new request for Kipa, that's not what I meant.

I was referring to the purchase I had already made. For it cost me $ 89.22 dollars, that is, R $ 280, real (Brazilian currency), but her supplier did not have available the talit that I chose initially.

But you asked me to choose another Talit and this new Talit that I chose (and that I liked) has a lower price, now costing a total of R $ 260.25 (Brazilian currency).

Therefore, I am paying you almost R $ 20.00 (Brazilian currency) more for the order sent. That's why I asked you to send me that kipa, so you would not have to give me back the difference of the amount paid more.

Now I do not know how you will do it. Will you reverse the difference for the amount paid by me initially? Is there this possibility?

Sent the wrong order, I followed return instructions and they claim they don't have a record of return which I have US postal confirmation of delivery. I am in month 4 of them giving me the run around. Dont do business with them.

PS-
They responded to send them the proof of mailing and delivery of returned item which I have done twice to customer service email). The Boston office claims to not have received return what the post office says was delivered. I have followed their instructions. Again, the run around. Dont do business with these people. I am also going to spread the word in local Judaica shops in San Francisco.

An absolutely fantastic selection of Judaica products and great customer service. The replies are prompt and helpful. I ordered a gift for an anniversary and needed for it to arrive on a specific date and WOJ made it happen.

I absolutely love World of Judaica. They have the most genuine, amazing and authentic line of products that one could ask for. Everything I ordered from this website arrived on time, for a great price, and the taste was literally unbelievable, especially the Wissotzky Chamomile Tea and the Vanilla Halva. Customer service is very helpful, and it is great value for money. I will be making World of Judaica a regular from now on, thank you for your great service! If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would have done it.

I found the products we bought were of good quality and were promptly dispatched and delivered.

I am only attempting this review as a means to have communication with someone from this company. This is the first interaction I have had with this company and I had a significant order (over $200 worth of merchandise). I ordered items in the middle of December 2016 including: a shabbat candlestick set, matchbox, havdalah set, challah board, challah cover and home blessing. I received the box earlier this week and everything was there except my second shabbat candlestick. I have never heard of shabbat candlesticks coming individually as it is usually a set. I have left five separate voicemails with my concerns including my personal telephone number and e-mail address, with no response. Seeing as I live in America and there is a time difference, I even set alarms and woke up in the late night hours to contact someone with NO RESPONSE. I have sent over four different e-mails with no response. I am incredibly frustrated with this process and ultimately if I could just get someone to contact me back and SEND ME THE REMAINDER OF MY ORDER... everything would be five stars. However, it is unacceptable to not respond when I have made every attempt. I do not think I will be recommending this company and certainly will not purchase anything again.

Criminals. 10 weeks and nothing.How else would to describe a business that promptly takes your money and delivers NO goods. They stall, lie and eventually stop replying to your emails altogether. I've contacted fraud dept. of my credit card company, they can deal with them.

WARNING to Australian shoppers - this site might have an au address but it is not based in Australia and it has no affiliation with Gold's World of Judaica. So don't order expecting to receive your product in any kind of reasonable time frame. It was only after I placed my order for Chanukah candles in early December that I got notification that delivery will be in 10-19 business days. What the...? Needless to say I did not receive the candles in time for Chanukah. In my opinion this site deliberately obscures where the products are shipped from - I'm assuming Israel but who knows? I've bought from many overseas sites and as long as they are upfront about where they are based and what the expected shipping time is I don't mind, I can make an informed decision. Hopefully I will get the candles in time for next Chanukah.
