I ordered a shofar from them and I didn't receive any tracking information until I emailed and called several times. My order did end up getting to me, but it didn't come with kashurt certificate like it said it would, but I'm willing to give them another try. Hopefully this time my order comes with a tracking number and the kashurt certificate. Well see
