I made an order on 11th may, only to be notified (13 days later!) that the item i ordered was out of stock. I've asked to the customer service on that same day to issue a refund. I'm without any response until today, 28/5. This is an HORRIBLE customer service. Please, i want my money back as i havent received any product and i've already pay for it!

o telefone da empresa não da ligações do brasil e também o chat não funciona se eu não tiver uma resposta vou tomar providencias com relação ao site em busca dois meus direitos e tenho prints de tela para provar a questão dos valore.

Fiz uma compra em 22 de março de 2018 order number 31973942 e nunca recebi...seja o produto ou alguma informação ..dezenas de e-mail e não respondem em portugues ou inglês....2 meses de espera por uma simples informação....triste demais...de verdade...estou aqui sonhando com as coisas que comprei que fazem parte da minha fé....ja chorei muito.Eu queria meu dinheiro devolvido para o cartão de crédito.

I have bought a item with express service at 04/23. today, the order status is in fulfillment, but on the site was written AVAILABLE. now, the shofar has disappeared from the site!

UPDATE: after that publication, they sent me an email with the tracking number BUT since 2 days the DHL status is: Some of your queries resulted in an error
EE1735xxxxL (Not found): No result found for your DHL query.

UPDATE 2: The tracking number was correct on another site, so don't use DHL.com. DHL has delivered my order BUT to another person in another city?! Now DHL is looking WHERE my order is. I am very sad...

Ordered goods end March. Money taken from account April 2nd Almost a month later, 2 e mails and countless phone calls, still no response and no goods.

ARNAQUE PURE j'ai commandé deux articles pour 289€. Jamais livrée et aucune réponse à mes emails!! Répondeur automatique, et pour couronner le tout le chat est une simple façade qui ne fonctionne pas. Site destiné à vous escroquer qui doit être dénoncé à la DGCCRF.

Where to start with this company? The misinformation on the website or the complete lack of customer service?

About 3 weeks ago, I placed an order for four items which were listed at despatchable within 2-3 days. One infers from this that they are in stock and ready to be shipped - or at worst it only takes them a day or two to get the items and then ship immediately. They've been in status of 'In Fulfillment' for the past three weeks, with an explanation that this means they're waiting on their suppliers. So, when they said they're in stock, what they really meant was no, there's no stock at all.

All this without a single point of communication to advise me of any delay.

I've tried countless times to contact them to follow this up, all to no avail. * Their live chat is always 'offline' - I'ved tried both in US time zones and in Israeli, just in case, but it's never online.
* Instead, it offers an enquiry form, but my forms have gone unanswered.
* Direct emails to them have also gone unanswered.
* I've called their number that their site says is a voicemail service, but it just rings out every time without a voicemail (again, I've put US and Israeli country codes in front of the number - just in case) and lastly,
* Facebook messages go unread.

That's multiple attempts at FIVE separate communication channels that have all failed/been ignored.

Thankfully, they still offer the Norton Guarantee on all purchases, so I've been able to open a dispute with Norton. I don't know if I'll get the refund or if it'll light a fire under them and get them to send my order, but either way, I'll not be spending money with them again and I recommend people steer clear of them completely! It's far easier - and A LOT quicker - just to travel to Tel Aviv and buy things in person from HaCarmel market.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordered. I have ordered before from World of Judaica, but something has gone wrong recently with the company. They're not responding to emails, their "Live Chat" is broken (on purpose?), don't respond on Facebook and there's no phone number. I ordered some kippot meant as afikomen presents for Pesach in plenty of time. They still have not arrived and the delivery address is in Israel, so no overseas shipping required. I am going to try and get my money back. I don't think I have time to purchase elsewhere. :(

Sadly, I must give this rating. I made an order in late August, and despite several contacts initiated by me, the order ( presents) did not arrive in time for a Bat Mitzvah in mid-November. When they did arrive, one of the two items was not correct. The correct order finally arrived about a week after the Bat Mitzvah. Long story short, I did the honest thing and sent the incorrect order back, knowing full well that I will probably never see the postage money back. I may be a sucker, but, I did the right thing.
By the way, they do not answer their 800 number ( in fact, it is often impossible to even make the connection)and despite the hours listed for live chat, you have to be lucky to get them, despite calling at the correct times. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

On February 7th I bought some kippahs, the same day I got a mail to be informed that 1 of them was out of stock and they asked me to choose another model to replace it. Since that day I have not heard anything from them and I don't even know if they actually shipped my items. Almost 2 months and I'm not sure what to think.

I also ordered something from this site and received my items over 20 days late. Tried to return the products and have not been able to reach the company. Never got a refund. Terrible experience! Terrible company. WIsh I had read these reviews first!

I have ordered and paid for something since November They are not replying to my messages and the tracking email they sent me does not register . I was guaranteed personal service and a personal email of one of the staff - she is not responding to that either BEWARE!!!

Commande d'une dizaine d'articles effectué le 23 janvier 2018.
Je reçois le 27 janvier 2018 un e-mail : ils n'ont plus en stock certains produits et me proposent un seul article plus chèr pour compenser, ils m'invitent à leur répondre par chat sur le site web, par e-mail ou par téléphone.
Le 28 janvier 2018 : je leur répond par e-mail que s'ils ne peuvent pas m'envoyer les articles commandés, je préfère être remboursé.
A la date du 25 février 2018 : je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse de leur part pourtant depuis le 28 janvier 2018 je les relance sur leur différentes plateformes (chat, téléphone, e-mail).
Argent débité (une somme assez importante) et service client injoignable (inexistant ?) : Ne serait-ce pas de l'escroquerie pure et simple ?
Je déconseille très fortement !
J'aurais du penser à lire les avis avant d'effectuer ma commande...

Hola el día 10 de enero realicé mi pedido estamos a 16 de febrero y no ha llegado, he mandado email y no los contestan, el chat en línea esta desactivado y el 01800 no funciona, checo el satatus en israel post y es muy pobre la información que me dan, el peor de los casos es que hice 2 pedidos uno el 10 de enero y el otro el 26, que falta de seriedad y responsabilidad, quiero la devolucion de mi dinero yo cumplí pagando en tiempo y si ustedes no cumples regresen mi dinero mis dos ordenes son

I placed an order on 21st January and all of the 10 items I ordered and paid for were available for order. I now discover that NONE of these items is actually in stock and your website states they are 'Temporarily Out of Stock'. I have contacted you via email on 3 occasions and have not received a reply to any of these. I have tried to call your 1800 number and it is a fax machine. Your online chat is never available. I do not believe you are a bona fide company at all and want the full amount I paid via PayPal refunded immediately and my order cancelled. I am reporting this to PayPal and am providing all the emails I have sent to you as evidence. You have debited my account and you should, by law, be providing the goods I have paid for. This is a dreadful way to be running an online company. I have never experienced such appalling service from any company i have dealt with online and it appears you have way too many other dissatisfied customers! A full refund is requested for this order.

Je voudrais tant parler autrement de cette entreprise qui propose des articles juifs superbes. Le 8 décembre j'ai commandé un produit très cher. Depuis pas de nouvelles. Il devait m'être livré dans les 9jours maxi. Pas de réponses ni aux mail, chat et numéro en 800. La seule chose que j'ai reçu ce sont des mails bateaux électroniques. Personne ne m'a contacté. Arnaque pure. Je vous le déconseille fortement

Worst customer service ever. Called their support line and remained on hold for 30 minutes at a time only to be forwarded to an automated voicemail. Sent emails to their support email and have not revecicrdcs resoinse places my order in December 8 and received an email that the order has shipped. When I go to trackbthd item it shows the items are not provided to USPS. Thinking I better cancel my order and reorder from a different supplier. Very dissatisfied with customer service. I ordered a Menorah on 22/11/2017. It arrived broken in two pieces just before Chanukah. I emailed multiple times between 18/12/2017 and 20/12/2017 and only got a response after days that I would get a new Menorah shipped. Since then I heard nothing. I am extremely dissatisfied. No replies to emails, no replacement Menorah, unreliable, very frustrating.

UPDATED 02/02/2018. Today our replacement Menorah finally arrived. I am happy with receiving a new Menorah to replace the broken one, however I think this procedure has taken much too long (almost two months). To be fair, I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I recommend World of Judaica to invest in a larger and more responsive customer support team and to use expedited shipping for warranties.
