Wickes Anmeldelser

Wickes were very kind and helped out with support for a community project.

I have been visiting the store for many years and they have always been helpful and friendly. Their support for our community confirms the fact that they really care about their customers.

Don't order from Wickes online – it's a complete scam.

I ordered kitchen cabinets and two countertops online. Wickes split the delivery into three separate deliveries. The kitchen cabinets arrived incomplete, and the countertops were canceled. After three weeks of chatting with incompetent customer service, they delivered the countertops, but one was damaged. Another waste of time with customer service via chat, but I didn't receive any information for three days. Another chat, and... they didn't know I'd reported a problem with a damaged countertop. They still don't know when the correct countertop will be delivered. Shopping with Wickes online is a scam and a complete mess.

Have been to the new store in Colne, Lancashire four times in the last week as we’re replacing a bathroom and sprucing up our upstairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The prices are very competitive and they seem to have plenty of stock. I’m not in the best of health so being assisted with loading by Chrisie and Daniel was a real bonus. Would recommend and will definitely be back when we start our next project.

Mike was great came in and he helped me get some stuff to build my fish tank stand so my fish cory has a good place to live did you know fish are older then the dinosaurs good thing to know quite interesting if you have a pet fish like Cory.

Running a charity is difficult at times, especially when funds run low. Thomas in the Trowbridge store was incredibly generous and gifted our initiative some outdoor storage containers, to expand our reach! Thank you Thomas, and thank you Wickes!

Pushpa served me and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Wickes for their generous donation of compost, bark and a water butt to support our SEND garden.

Their support will make a real difference, helping us to create and maintain a lovely outdoor space where our children can enjoy gardening, explore nature and learn new skills.

A special thank you to Natalia for organising the donation and for being so helpful and supportive. It is greatly appreciated!

Thank you again to everyone at Wickes for supporting our garden project.

No hard sale ,left to browse then we asked Lorraine for help , Looked all over the net because we chose a discontinued colour we thought, she took our plan and got and altered to fit .
The whole process was easy and not stressful. Thanks .

A great store and excellent team in Oldham. We had a long list of things to buy and Arun was fantastic, he helped us navigate what was available in store and what would need to be ordered. A great asset to Wickes.

We purchased a new bathroom in May, Wickes appointmented an installer. This was to happen in July but there was a delay and we agreed an August date and stressed this could not be moved. They didn't come. In the meantime we have been in contact with customer service. They are useless not supporting us more interested in the installers. Not responding quickly or fully answering questions. We've even emailed the CEO directly twice who hasn't responded....the installation should be happening now but they are not turning up. So we have no bathroom. They are not interested in resolving this just keep sending emails. I would not recommend Wickes or their 'approved' installers. This is coursing so much stress to us. AVOID. You have said you've sent me request for more information. I haven't received anything

Very fresh and welcoming store , friendly helpful staff and checked out with the lovely Sally .

Review left on behalf of my gran - Sam was incredibly helpful, kind and provided good advice and saved her money. She has been singing Sams praises and hopes that management can recognise his hard work and dedication to quality customer support. Thanks

Always glad to have visited this store. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the store is immaculate and generally well stocked with what I need. Most recently was helped out by David who did a great job with advice and banter.

Visited cannock store this morning to pick up some plumbing parts we were greeted by Lennie who helped us for over 30 minutes to find what we needed his help and advice was exceptional
Thankyou

Visited the store several times and James the kitchen designer planned a kitchen for us. He was so patient extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would thoroughly recommend James.

Walked in to Wickes and was met by Dawn who was manning a stand for Wickes Community

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Craig will be truly missed!

I popped into my local Wickes in Southport today, only to find that the brilliant store manager, Craig, has moved on to another store. I just had to leave a note to say what a truly amazing, helpful gentleman he is.

Ever since the store opened, whenever I've gone in with questions, Craig has gone above and beyond to give excellent advice. He will be genuinely missed.

Good luck, Craig, at whichever Wickes store you've moved to. I'm sure you'll be a brilliant manager and a role model to everyone you work with. A truly amazing, helpful gentleman who will be missed!

Julie the assistant was super friendly and helpful. She us an asset to our company
