WG Locksmiths Ltd Anmeldelser

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found W G Locksmiths on Which. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Paul even though he was on holiday. Thomas came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle. Thomas was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Very good service, quick and efficient.

They replaced our front door lock. They did a great job.

I needed my lock cylinder replaced and some general door maintenance as the handle was playing up. I received a response for my request for quote the same day, was given answers to all my questions and an appointment was arranged for the next day. At the appointment Thomas provided me with very helpful advice which allowed me to pick the right cylinder security level for me. He was also able to quickly diagnose the issue with my door which was not an obvious one at all. He worked very efficiently with minimal disruption to my day. All in all 5 star service, would recommend and use again!

Outstanding service.
I called after the lock broke on my door and the guys were so helpful when I rang up. Someone came within half an hour and talked me through everything he was doing. Fantastic!!!

Very positive experience with Thomas and WG Locksmiths. Very prompt appointment, quick to identify issue and fix for us. Went the extra mile resolving an issue with door misalignment that he didn't need to sort. Very friendly, would recommend and use again.

Thomas was called to my flat to sort a door issue. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and start to work on it. The repair was swiftly done and am very happy with the results. I will definitely use him again if I ever needed him. I would definitely recommend him.

Really quick response from Thomas. Completed the job quickly and neatly. Offered some helpful advice on security as well.

Timely arrival, pro-active and efficient service. Really nice guys who know what they are doing. Thoroughly recommend!

Great Service, very Professional in all they did.

I’ve had to contact WG locksmiths twice recently and both times they’ve been really responsive and available to rectify the issues I’ve had with my lock. They quoted me in full (so no surprises with the final bill) and it’s been such good peace of mind to have a one year warranty on their work, so the second time they came it everything was covered. Would recommend!

Thomas was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to the type of lock I needed.
I would recommend WG Locksmiths to all as they provide a fantastic level of service.
