WG Locksmiths Ltd Anmeldelser

I locked myself out on bank holiday Monday morning. A friend recommended Paul. He arrived within an hour and fixed the lock so I could get back in. He was polite, calm and clear about how he worked. Whilst here, I asked him to fix some problems I was having with the locks on the door . I was very happy with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Paul was quick to respond when we first got in touch and was flexible in arranging a time to come over. He changed the locks at our new home, offering a range of different security levels - explaining each of them - and was really efficient. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.

Very prompt response to my emergency.
Punctual, arrived exactly when he said he would.
Polite, well mannered, very nice man.
Highly competitive charges / rates.
Did excellent work and solved my problem expeditiously.

Paul was very curteous and professional. He detailed the costs upfront and he clearly explained the options to fix the problem. He was also on time, having texted to confirm his ETA. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Paul, was absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about locks and home security. I also appreciated they had to make two trips and never complained. An absolute all round star.

Paul from WG Locksmiths is excellent. Professional, from initial email contact, to the day, and beyond. Friendly, fast and gets the job done for a good price.
I won’t go anywhere else now.
Thank you, Paul!

Paul had great communication and was able to advise me on suitable lock fittings both before and during the service. Friendly and efficient when on the job - would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

He explained fully what he was doing and I liked that he was upfront with all costs.
(No hidden cost) He communicated that he was running slightly late, which I appreciated as it meant he was professional and cared for your time. He very quickly fixed the problem. Also did maintenance on the stiffness of the lock which he did with ease.

I asked Paul to check on the problems of the smart lock. Paul was on time and friendly. He explained clearly on the root cause and provided a workable solution. It turned out the problem was caused by the misalignment of the strike plates. I wish I had asked Paul to come and check my carpenter's work right after the door was installed! I'd highly recommend Paul if you need a local locksmith.
