I have used WG Locksmiths several times. They are very good at what they do, they give clear information about your options and costs, and they are reliable and punctual - highly recommended!

Paul changed the locks for us on both the front and back doors. He was efficient, quick and very approachable. He did a great job and we would wholeheartedly recommend him.

We had our car stolen last night and a set of house keys were inside. I contacted Paul and he was with us within 4 hours. He dealt with things super quickly and was super responsive.

This is the second time we have used WG Locksmiths. We were so happy with Paul’s workmanship the first time (new front door locks) that when our internal doors became faulty we called him immediately. Both times he provided us quotes upfront, which he honoured. Additionally, we found his pricing fair. Before fitting new door handles he ensured we were happy with the options suggested, providing alternatives on request. All pricing was transparent too. On this particular visit he fitted 2 strike plates, 2 handles and 3 tubular latches.

They were straight there to resolve the problem with our lock, and had everything back working within hours of the issue even happening. It's now been a few weeks since the work, and everything is working perfectly. Very reasonably priced as well.
