When I extend insurance for my son with Marmolade then I See on the policy diffrent model of car but number plate was correct. I contacted with customer service and the member of Staff said "We have IT issues problem".
I made complain and is always sent message we do investigation and we tried resolve problem on those date.if you buy for new learnen policy mąkę sure to all information are correct. I paid insurance for diffrent model car and waiting still for uotcome from Marmolade.

Internet issues solved with a phone call
Had several issues with the website crashing on me and the online chat not responding, but when I made a phone call I got through to an advisor very quickly to answer my query.
Otherwise it was a simple process to arrange insurance for my daughter and we’re overall pleased with the service and policy provided.

Awful company!
Awful company!! Just want as much money as they can get from you and will cancel you if the documents you send are not to “their standards” paid for a deposit then got made to pay a cancellation fee after they canceled and then made me pay for the insurance for the time I had them which was less then a month notice btw

Easy to use. Good to get the cover needed having had problems with other insurers (Aviva) getting a provisional licence driver added to my policy. Price very reasonable I thought and I appreciated the straight forward no glitch app.

Unresolved Claim - Poor customer service
A third party reversed into our car, they admitted liaibility however the claim is still being processed, the car was returned to me with an Engine Management fault and the issue was left with me to resolve, i was left with a car that i couldn't use and I had to repair it myself which cost an additional £700.
Marmalade outsource their claims to Winn Solicitors and the whole procedure is long-winded and not customer focused at all. Be careful if you have to claim.
