I was really worried about buying from here after reading all the reviews - but they were the only place I could find the watch my partner wanted in stock. I decided to email them to check the watch was in stock to see if they responded as a lot of people said communication was poor. In their defense, I received a response relatively quickly to confirm it was and that they shipped to Australia. I decided to pay for it to be fully tracked, as again, reviews had mentioned that their item got lost along the way. However, I got a confirmation email as soon as I purchased and tracking info when the item was shipped. It was fully tracked into Australia and received within the promised 10-14 business days. Watch is great and i didn't have to pay import fees on my end. I've asked my partner to keep an eye on it, as I'm still worried the battery may die quickly (as mentioned in other peoples reviews) or something will go wrong with it. If it does I'll be sure to come back and update this review, but for now it's a tentative 5 stars from me

Total ripoff — avoid. Purchased an Ingersoll automatic, supposedly a quality watch. Failed within the first two months and watches.com gave zero help. Ingersoll was just as bad, and charged me to fix! Nightmare to deal with both, terrible. Use Jomashop or Overstock instead. Watches.com has no integrity.

I have recently purchased the Gshock GST-B100-TFB-1A. Unusually for me I went straight to the site read all the information t&c etc and ordered the watch. Communication was very good if I had a question.
I received great service and value for money.
I want to point out that if I had read the reviews first I might of had my doubts and not bought from Watches.com. So I'm glad I went with my gut and bought the watch which was ordered on 20th November and I picked it up today, with a little customs tax to pay.

I ordered 3 watches and my credit card was changed but my order cancelled.watches.com did not even contact me to let me know my order had been cancelled.DONT USE THIS SITE

I purchased a watch on 5/17/17 for my boyfriend. I gave it to him a couple of weeks later as a birthday gift. He has attempted to wear it a couple of times but it will not keep time while being worn. I contacted Watches.com to inform them of this and was told I have to return under the warranty. I now have to pay $20.00 to ship it to the repair center and prepay $30.00 for the watched to be shipped back to me. I was told the service center will provide me with a "Free Estimate" as to how much the repair will cost. I will never order from this online retailer again.

My wife ordered a watch back in August 2016 with an estimated delivery date of December 2016. We are now in June 2017 and still no watch has arrived despite our account saying the order has been fulfilled.
I understand it may have got caught up somewhere, but all I ask is that someone from Watches.com respond to our queries as to where the watch is.
We have sent 4 enquiries since the middle of May 2017 and always get the 'someone will contact you within one business day' but nothing so far.

When my wife logged on to watches.com - as a new customer - to buy a watch for me, a 15% discount pop up appeared. Having retrieved the discount code, the checkout system refused to process the code with the message "the code you entered couldn't be applied to any items in your order". It is pathetic when sellers make promises and then pull them. Shows a clear lack of integrity. Watches.com should look up what the word "cognitive dissonance" means.
