Hey Beniot! No scams here! USPS recycles their tracking numbers so sometimes it takes a little while for the new shipment to update on their website. You can follow the tracking here:

I'd wait a few days to see more updates. You'll notice that the final destination country is already updated on the tracking link above. Once it hits French customs, it will transfer to La Poste and track through their site.
We've also sent this information via email. Please respond there is you have additional questions and sorry for any confusion. It's still happening a lot right now, even post holiday but no need for concern ok?
Expensive watches for what they are.
The watches were quoted as free delivery, however that was not the case, I had to pay $72usd. The Mr Jones watch came without a warranty while the Timex watch has an ok Japanese movement (if not a little clunky when using the crown) which does not provide a long power reserve. The glass bubble over the date is not square over the date aperture.

Hey Cliff! Unfortunately free shipping is not available to all countries as listed on the shipping page. A lot of couriers had recently suspended shipping to Australia due to their current COVID restrictions and import issues. So between August and March, UPS expedited shipping was the only service available through our warehouse.
Please note that all watches from our shop do come with a manufacturers warranty. In more recent years, vendors have stopped printing paper warranties. The original receipt for your purchase will replace that. So if you ever need a warranty service, please provide the sales receipt to the brand, ok? Hope that helps and thanks so much for shopping with us!

Watches.Com are crooks.
Watches.Com is the worst company I have ever done business with. IMO these people are straight-up thieves. They engage in virtual "bait and switch" tactics. They have no integrity or ethics; they will change prices on you while the item you want to buy is on sale, and make it impossible to buy it at the advertised price; and for good measure their "customer service" will follow up by hopelessly confusing the issue and deliberately throw you under the bus. They will resort to any dishonest behaviour if they think they can chisel another nickel out of you.
Before doing business with them make sure you understand that they don't care one bit about their customers, and that if there are any problems with an order you're on your own. They have the absolute worst "customer support" of any company I have ever done business with.
I had noted a few seriously negative reviews on their site, but I foolishly purchased a few items from them anyway - big mistake! Learn from my experience, pay attention to the reviews, and get your watch somewhere else. You may not have a problem, but if you do business with these crooks, you will run the risk of being ripped off like me, and find yourself with nothing to do but take it or go to work making complaints to the original manufacturers, and the proper trade authorities which is all very time and energy intensive. I am willing to do that for the few hundred dollars they cheated me out of, but most folks wouldn't be bothered.
I just want to make sure what happened to me doesn't happen to others, and it irks me to be so blatantly and shamelessly ripped off. So, be very careful before you purchase anything from these swine.

Too much time for delivery
Order history gives poor information for tracking my order. It indicates "Fulfillment status: Fulfilled". This doesn't tell me about where is the package and when will it arrive. I suggest you copy the Amazon tracking system.

Hey Barbara! I think I know what the issue is here. Your watch is an automatic watch. There are no batteries in this model. If you're not winding it at least 40 times a day, it will not keep proper time. I'll have our customer service team send you some more information, ok?

Just when I think I'll ease up on timepiece purchases for awhile, Watches temps me with a unique watch that I just have to add to my collection. Watches.com - Avoid at all Costs. Low Quality and Won’t Stand Behind Product.
My watch purchase through Watches.com has been one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered as a consumer. Purchased a SLD N-Core timepiece for $240. Ended up with a stress crack through the glass within 8 months after normal use and having been handled with care. I’ve seen others with similar issues which indicate a manufacturing or design defect. I initially requested a repair or replacement. The manufacturer was slow to respond and unhelpful. They have been unable to provide any relief due to Chinese supplier issues as a result of the pandemic and after 3 months of back and forth, they have still not issued a refund or repaired the watch. At this time, one year from purchase, I have a broken watch I spent $240 on that I would like to get repaired or refunded but no path to relief. Watches.com support has been nonexistent and deferred responsibility entirely. Buying a product from Watches.com is at your own risk. Watches.com will not stand by the products the sell and will not assist you if your purchase is defective. I cannot offer a stronger warning to avoid purchasing from Watches.com.

Thanks for leaving a review. Sorry to hear about the issues with your timepiece! Of note, we are not the manufacturer for the SLD brand, we are just a retailer that carries the brand. SLD is an independently owned company, separate from our online shop.
It looks like our CS team has been trying to help you get this resolved through SLD's customer service. As is our standard policy for almost every brand, after warranty issues and service 30 days after purchase are all handled by each brand. They reserve the right to repair or replace items.
Since this item was purchased last year, a refund through watches.com would no longer be an option. On our end, refunds would only be available for returns or defects within the first 30 days. After 30 days, that is where the standard warranty coverage for your timepiece comes into play. I would absolutely file a complaint with their team if you're not able to get a repair or replacement completed through SLD.
Please note that all of this information is clearly posted on the site. If you have additional questions, our team would be happy to assist you!

Decent. But one BIG problem. (EDIT: updated)
Got a great watch, at a great price. And the shipping was fast and well-protected for international transit.
HOWEVER... big problem is the watch came with a DEAD BATTERY. So, had to go get it replaced before the watch was useful to, you know, tell time. But everything else was fine.
UPDATE: was credited $15. Thanks, Watches dot com. Appreciate it.
