A beautifully designed watch, simple and unique- a piece of kinetic sculpture worn on the wrist- easy to operate and adjust. The crown button could use another half mm of travel, the leather strap is stiff but well-made, so will probably soften up-it's also a bit short on my 185mm wrist. Otherwise only praise. Quick delivery, as always from watches.com, good packaging.

Really convenient and the model I was looking for was readily available.

I purchased a supposedly automatic Thomas Earnshaw watch which did not manage to make it though the night and would therefore lose hours at a time. I do not lead a sedentary life. I sent it off for repairs at their nominated service repair/agents only to find on its return the problem was exactly the same. I have unequivocally reject this item as defective and not of merchantable quality but WATCHES.COM refuses to provide me with any address to which to return the item and serve my Small Claims proceedings for return of monies spent; (despite repeated requests; replies if and when they come (seldom from the same person) are circular, full of false courtesy and fatuous). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Watch is 90% of what I expected. It is heavier than I’d like and the bezel or the top of it - the lettering seems of mediocre quality, meaning it’s going to fade fast. Yet I have $30k watches that as a watch aren’t as good.

Gold level mystery watch arrived with with an hour marker completely dislodged and rattling around inside the face, the chronograph function is broken and the value of the watch is significantly lower than what was advertised.

In my recent purchase, I ran into a issue with a digital watch arriving DOA or dead on arrival. Being in lock down and restricted space due to COVID-19, it was difficult to get out to get a battery change (in order to determine failure cause). Since I am located in Canada, turning purchased goods is a time consuming process and usually means “no product” for a month at a time due to transport, customs, etc.

Worked with their excellent customer service and the best course of action was determined and I was refunded a generous amount in order to (when able) to get a battery change.

While I am not always the best customer to deal with, they came through and made me a happy customers despite it taking many emails back and forth.

A comment to them, given battery watches, is that they ensure before sending an item out, that their inventory or pickers in the warehouse do a spot check on the inventory to eliminate the chance of shipping out a DOA product. Anything that has a battery can be running down. Other vendors might check and replace the battery once this is discovered and yes, it takes some time but customer never get a DOA product unless it is damaged in transit.

The first watch I received was the lesser model on the correct band was charged the for the more expensive model. To make it worse was charged 25% tariff.
The second watch was right model, wrong colour face and band but no tariff.
All in all not happy.

Postage was fast and communication was good (they got back to me in 24hrs) only downside they use a US only app for tracking.

Don't deal with these crooks , they are deceptive in every way, first the products you get look and appear to be knock offs from poorer countries. I received a broken timex watch and they charged my credit card for over a hundred and forty dollars for a phonew timex watch. I'm not a dumbell by any stretch of the imagination, I know a scam when I see one, trust me these people think they are smart but I will use every avenue I can to see them brought to justice. Don't deal with these con artists , they will take your money without a guilty feeling who they hurt.

The "Make an Offer" promotion works for all European countries, except Italy. Who is your marketing manager, Goofy ?! You are bad, discriminatory and perhaps a little racist it seems.

Bought a watch that arrived not working, customer service wants me to take a video, why can't they just exchange it?
