Bought a watch for over $300, it worked 2 months. Contacted customer support by email and they said it might have been a faulty battery. But it wasn’t because the second hand was moving back and forth. Told them that and asked for an exchange or refund and I received no reply.

I appreciate your prompt and caring service. I ordered a watch one day ago. I was promised over night delivery. Sure enough, the same day I ordered the watch, in the early afternoon, I received a note from you that my watch was packed and being sent, yesterday, for delivery today. This morning I received a note that the watch was on the way. Late this morning it arrived. AMAZING !! To have something arrive this quickly in this very busy Holiday Season is incredible. I greatly appreciate the wonderful, speedy service and being kept informed along the way. You could not have provided better customer service, including a response to my earlier message of congratulations from EMILY. Thank you all again. Happy Holidays.

False advertising! Watches.com advertised a watch as coming with two watch bands...a leather strap and a stainless steel bracelet. This was a lie! The watch only came with a leather strap. When I asked Watches.com why it didn't include the bracelet they said that they put that on the website to let consumers know it is an option. Listed under specifications for this item it clearly lists two watch bands as being included. Customer service was less than helpful. First they told me I was wrong. Then they offered me 15% off if I spent more money on their website. Finally they offered to accept a return. None of that is an acceptable solution. I expect to get exactly what is advertised when I decide to make a purchase.

There is no way this is a legitimate company. No phone number and no one to talk to. I did not receive my product— the company will not refund me OR resend it. Please don’t lose your money to this company like I did.

Watch received. Perfect, even better than I imagined. The shipping was very slow but that was solely due to COVID, hence their only negative reviews. Overall, you can buy with full trust just make sure to include a fast shipping method. Thank you watches I'll be purchasing again!

just got my watch today and I am super happy with it.

I had doubts first when i saw the rating. So i emailed them and see what they are like.

They responded quick, were friendly, answered all my questions and I was even able to negociate the price a bit. Thank you Thomas at that point!

So I ordered my watch to Germany and received it after 13 days. Taxes were dealt with amazingly well and packaging was like from amazon etc.

I was not asked for a review but they deserve way better so here is 5 stars.

Perfectly happy with my watch and service. Delivered in a very reasonable time during this Coronavirus outbreak too. I will be shopping here again and possibly sooner than I thought, there are so many great watches that one just won’t do. Thank you for the hook up guys!!!

I've been a long time customer. Purchased about a dozen watches and supported their xeric brand kickstarter projects. Always had a pleasant experience. Was actually surprised to see they had such negative feedback. Well, now I know why. Purchased a Nubeo watch from them recently. Watch arrived broken, chrono function didn't work. Was able to return hassle free. When I received replacement, same issue (beware nubeo watches). They offered another return and refund but wouldnt compensate shipping and other fees accrued. Out $60. They had no problem with me paying $60 for no product. Shame. All the bad you hear about this company is unfortunately true. They have terrible cutomer service and sell defective products. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Try jomashop. They are fantastic!

I had a great experience with Watches.com. I ordered my watch on a Sunday, and when it hadn’t shipped by Tuesday, I decided to phone to check. Nicole was very helpful, identified the issue within a few minutes and made sure the watch shipped that day. It arrived (in Canada, no less) in under a week! Very happy with the service I received, and thrilled with my watch.

this company sucks. I have purchased 4 watches from them and when the 4th watch hands were not readable against the face I asked for a return and a new choice of equal value they refused.
Do not do business with this company.

I buy watch from watches.com one month ago, they do not answer for mail, and on Facebook they blocked me, I do not have watch and any contact with them... Do not buy watch there if you do not want it

I waited over a week to receive the watch I ordered received it today and it is the wrong watch. I needed it for Christmas so I immediately emailed customer service and got an automatic reply that they are out of the office until Monday, December 23 which means that I will not have what I need because of their error.

i'm hoping to get a full refund I never do business with them again this is unacceptable somebody should be available today.

I’ve been waiting half a month for my watch and it still hasn’t arrived it’s somewhere in Chicago and it’s been there for seven days floating around so I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna get this watch it doesn’t seem like they care or willing to help out in this situation their estimated time of delivery was way off so don’t expect your order to be on time if you purchase from this company just go to your local mall and purchase a Watch because you’ll never see one if you order at watches.com oh and get this if you go on watches.com site and give a bad review they will delete it as you can see they only show 5 star reviews lol.
So I figure they will respond below👇by saying sorry and we will figure something out but it should be there soon, there classic go to line. Or check with eBay and talk to the UPS carrier and figure it out. BE WARNED!

The watch I bought as a gift is not functioning. Second hand pointer is not moving. I sent them email on 11.11, not receive a single reply after four days! Their return policy does not cover shipping cost, which means you got to pay for the shipping. They also require the product returned to be in ORIGINAL PACKAGE! Including the plastic wrapping! So do remember to keep all that in case the product broken down after a few days.

I purchased a new watch from watches.com on 9/22 (delivered 9/27). It was broken and would intermittently stop running and, therefore, would lose time. Because I wore the watch only occasionally and because the problem was intermittent, it took a few weeks to figure out what was going on.
I contacted watches.com on 11/3 and asked for a replacement watch. They notified me that they would not accept the watch back since it was out of the 30 day return window (it was 37 days from the day I received the watch) and I would have to send the watch directly to the manufacturer for warranty service. The manufacturer, of course, charges shipping and handling for warranty service to the tune of some 20%-25% of the original cost of the watch.
From my perspective, watches.com sold me a broken watch and then wanted me to pay more money to have the watch repaired by the manufacturer (not to mention the time I would be out a watch while it underwent repairs). Suffice it to say, using this supplier is NOT RECOMMENDED.

This company deserves zero stars. Placed my order in April, it is now July and I haven't recieved my watch. I continue to get different excuses as to why it hasn't shipped. Last week I was told they were understaffed due to vacations and holidays. This week I was told they can't find my order. I have asked for a full refund. Not sure if I will ever see the watch or my refund. Is this a legitimate business?

The service of this company is BAD! I bought a ODM watch from them from their Ebay store (the prices are cheaper there than on their web site) It was an ODM Reverse, 150 dollars watch, few days after fell on the floor and broke. I never saw such a thing, all the watches I have had, have fallen several times, never broken, this one immediately. When I wrote to them about it, they said not to worry because they are an authorised dealer and I have warranty for this watch. They gave the ODM's costumer service e-mail and I contacted them but they never answer! Its been over a week and ODM doesn't answer! I wrote again to watches.com, (it takes three days for them to answer every time), they said its not their fault and refuse to help. They can't even back the company they buy from. This website is a bad place to buy from, choose a different one!

I was a little disappointed when i ordered a spinnaker watch, everything was great except the watch was used or previously worn. I contacted watches.com and they immediately fixed my problem. I talked with Kendall on the phone and next day she sent me a new one after i returned the previous one, i got a brand new watch in a matter of time (1 week). Very pleased with my watch now. I would purchase from Watches.com again.

I ordered a watch thinking it had shipped already. I contacted them to track the package only to be told it was out of stock and they refunded the purchase. Still waiting on the refund. The watch was a present and now I have 3 days to find an adequate replacement. Poor service. Yes they offered a coupon but it can't make up for the fact that I will not receive the watch on time...
