Watch Concierge Services Anmeldelser

Bought a watchtool from WCS. Delivery was so quick. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Brilliant service selling my watch through Sam and the team. Absolutely 100% as advertised!! Trust her completely.

Superb service! Watch Concierge Services are the best to both buy and sell through. Their expert knowledge of the market and extensive marketing capabilities make it very easy to sell your watch. When buying, they only sell the most discerning of pieces that have been thoroughly inspected and tested.

Sam was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Can't recommend Sam highly enough. These aren't small purchases, and Sam definitely gives the service commensurate with both the price, and her "concierge" title.

Detailed pics, videos, history and provenence all provided quickly and easily. Many dealers treat everyone as if they're only kicking tyres, but definitely not Sam.

A minor strap issue (massive wrist gang) was resolved insanely quickly, including guaranteed Saturday delivery which was a lovely touch, as were the notes and card etc.

Sam has my wish list, I'll be back.

Sam goes above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough.

Samantha offers a great service. Would recommend buying from her company, also some lovely personal touches with her hand written notes that comes with the watch.

Never bought a pre owned watch over the internet before so was a little apprehensive. I had wanted a Breitling Navitimer for some time and found one on watchconciergeservices.com that looked in great condition and at a good price. I emailed Sam several times with queries and questions and she was very friendly and quick to respond with open, detailed answers. Once I decided it was the right watch for me and had paid on the website, I received further communication about postage and received it the very next day. Well packaged, the watch was in perfect condition just as described and I really couldn't be happier. It's absolutely stunning. Will definitely be buying from Watch Concierge Services again!

I purchased a very nice watch from WCS and Samantha was helpful, attentive and insightful.

Two key aspects of the service I would highlight are WCS are reliable and credible.

Thank you so much.

Recently wished to acquire a Tudor Black Bay 41mm watch. After establishing that Watch Concierge had exactly what I wanted, I contacted Samantha who was a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable about her subject matter, professional through and through and was a pleasure to deal with. Importantly, the watch was exactly as described perfect condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend her for any watch services, buying selling and organising servicing.
Finally , I would comment that I bought the watch there and then.

I was recommended to contact Sam at Watch Concierge Services to source an Omega watch. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was able to not only source the watch but also manage all the communication and arrangements with the seller.

Her wide ranging knowledge, industry expertise and enthusiasm was reassuring and I was very pleased with the positive experience. I would highly recommend anyone to contact Sam when sourcing or buying their watch. Very satisfied customer!

I've used Sam at Watch Concierge Services to sell a number of pieces in the past, always with good results and excellent customer service. This time around I just needed help shipping a high value watch that I had sold myself, although not particularly lucrative for Sam, she still delivered the same friendly and professional service. It meant my watch was shipped fully insured (not achievable via most couriers) and all packaged up without me having to worry about it. It's this kind of thing that makes Sam a true 'watch concierge' and not just any old seller. Always recommend.

I’d been looking for a particular watch for many months and was really pleased to find it in stock at Watch Concierge Services; Sam was incredibly helpful and reserved it for me right away and arranged for me to see it; it was in near perfect condition just as described and Sam had it pressure tested at short notice for piece of mind as I planned to take it on holiday. I could not have asked for more and would definitely buy from Sam again.

The watch is perfect. It arrived as described and was packaged and delivered professionally.
What makes WCS stand out is Sam’s customer service. From the first message Sam was quick to respond, knowledgeable, informative and so helpful. Even a mistake in delivery address (at my end) couldn’t unsettle Sam from delivering exceptional support. Thank you.

A solid 5 stars for Sam, who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable from the very first message that we exchanged. She even helped me source the OEM bracelet for the watch, and fitted it for me at no extra cost. The watch arrived today and looks phenomenal, can't wait to take it on holiday and dive with it! Thank you for everything Sam, I will be back!

Absolutely brilliant!!
I had difficulties with a vintage watch and Sam managed to not only resolve the issue with the watch but did so in a timely manner keeping me updated on the progress on a regular basis.
She also seeked quotes and offered her expertise on another watch query that i had and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend and i will definitely be using the watch Concierge services in the future

Sam was extremely helpful, every question I had was answered. I felt very comfortable buying a watch from watch concierge services.
Thanks Sam for answering all my questions and making the experience safe, secure and comfortable.

I had some poor experiences with watch service in he past, then a work colleague recommended Sam. I sent her my Breitling flyback for service and repairs, we have experienced numerous delays with part supply, but, I was kept informed and reassured all the way.
I received my watch back and have been stunned at the New appearance of my watch, it was beyond all expectations, as new.
And it works as good as new.
Samantha was professional, courteous and went way beyond throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who cares about their watch.

I had heard of Sam through a mutual friend, so when it came time to depart with my beloved watch it was great to know that she came highly recommended.

I met with Sam to discuss the sale of my watch via consignment and was instantly very impressed by Sam's enthusiasm for the watch game but also her deep knowledge of watches and her background in watchmaking, it was clear that I could trust her with the sale.

Sam was very clear about the process, how she sells her watches and the potential timescales involved, she then kept me updated throughout and gave me regular updates and my watch has now sold with a price I was very happy with.

Her industry knowledge and contacts also assisted greatly when my watch needed a polish and a new link to become showroom condition.

I wouldn't hesitate to work with Samantha again.
